I originally called them for a second opinion after being told that it would cost thousands to repair my AC and that I may even need a whole new system. Mike Saylor came out and the first thing he asked me was how old was my house. He felt that my unit should still be covered under warranty. He did his research - informed me that the unit was covered. He ordered the parts and only charged me for labor. Dealing with this company is also a joy! The phone is answered by a sweet woman who is so polite. Calls are returned when they tell you they will be. I just can’t say enough positive about this company.
I only gave them 5 stars because 10 was not an option.

Saylor was very responsive to our needs during the extreme cold weather we had at the end of 2022. The problem was fixed to our satisfaction.

I was able to get a repair made on my heating system the same day I called in. I also really appreciated that they made sure to try less expensive options first - that have worked really well. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

ASaylor has been our HVAC go to for all of heating / cooling service needs and replacements since 1997. Always professional and on time for their appointments. Last night one of our AC units and they were able to repair this morning. They also do our annual PM on our units.

I used them to check up after a new system install that was not performing well and found the other company left holes in duct work, improperly set up multi stage system, all issues fixed by A. Saylor. I continue to use them as they are honest and take their time to do good work.

If you want a company that honest and go above and beyond. I highly recommend A. Saylor heating and air. Had an excellent service on my annual HVAC maintenance and then had duct work and an air return done in the basement. Both time I was very impressed with the friendly and honest responses towards my questions. I was told things that I wouldn’t need and what the alternative can be and the cost would be a lot less. Most any other companies would just take advantage of their customers.

My AC was damaged buy a freak accident with my neighbor's car. He gave me Andy's name. He also called Andy and had Andy call me. This was on a Sunday. I had no AC at this point and he was out the next day and installed the new air conditioning by 2: 00 p.m. I have nothing but Hi Marks and praise for Andy and his team and calling Allie in the office was nothing short of wonderful. We came in the office and the hot air hit us. After trying to figure out the issue ourselves, to no avail, we called A Saylor Heating and Air. They did everything they could to get someone out that day. A tech came out withing 2 hours and diagnosed the problem withing 10 minutes. Such a rarity to have such great customer service these days. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Very professional and friendly as usual. We have used them for 10 years and luckily, have only had to replace I of 3 units. It had caught fire a couple years after we moved in and was the original unit.
