Had a great experience at Aaron’s in Covington. Miss Jessica helped us pick out just the right dining set and the prices are very fair. The whole team was professional and easy to work with.
They helped me when times was hard my social security got cut off towards the end and they helped me
Agreement was nothing like what the salesperson discussed with me on the phone. Had problems with the used lawn mower I rented from the moment we got it home, but the store manager ref UI used to fix it and suggested ways for us to fix it ourselves. I didn't buy from Aaron's to end up having to fix what I bought.
I have been shopping at this store for a good amount of years and I have never wanted to get out of my lease so bad I I will never I mean NEVER shop at any Aaron's store again especially this one jessica is so nasty towards ppl I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at this store while Jessica work there

I have been dealing with Aaron's for about 3yrs, but part of last year and all of this year has been an hassle. They are No longer understanding. When I first walked into Aaron's those years back it was so welcoming made me want to keep shopping with them because they made options convenient for you and worked with your pay day, so I continued to shop with them. I have a washer, dryer, and tv I have paid off on time. The people in the store now has No concern for your stability nor care about your pay day they just tell you "No" now, sad but true. Still have a furniture set to pay off and I will be glad when I'm done because the store in Covington, Ga.off of 278 is not the same! Really wanted that kitchen set but oh well.
I'm very happy with them there good people and will work with you I already have 2 item's from them and still making my payments on time
