Active Pest Control, Roswell GA

I was a customer with Active Pest Control since 2014 till this month, the business sold to another company last year and the service has been going down.

I had a plan with them and love be able to call a local office to schedule a person to check on my house or any billing questions. Now everything direct to a call center with an unacceptable long wait time and another a long call back time frame to talk to a customer service which probably lives outside the country. The customer service on phone couldn’t provide a direct answer because it was not on the “playbook”, put me on another call back list and a regional technician who has no authority on many levels to answer my questions. This is a red flag to me, so I ended my service right after the call. Pest problem can be urgent and I need to be able to use the service I paid for when I need it, I am looking somewhere else, a local company with Nextdoor reference to ensure I get the real service.

Not the best company since rentokil bought active pest control.they are very difficult to get a hold of when there are issues with service. However our technician James and Kim on the billing team have provided OUTSTANDING service!

The exterminator is very friendly.still comes every 3 months but very satisfied with the results
