Adriatic Grill Mediterranean Restaurant reviews
20We ordered for the first time, was very disappointed. I got the Greek Burger very very dry and too much sauce. Everything was over cooked and dry including the other meats we ordered. The chicken kids meal was so hard that the little one couldn't eat it. I love this kind of food, but disappointed. Felt like it was cooked days ago.
The adriatic burger was good, nice home-made patty with peppers and onions served on a nice bun. The donner had lots of meet and it was tasty as well. They also have desserts. A bit sweet but that is just me.
I have been going to this place for the last 3 years. They changed the management recently. Older management had great food and poor customer service. This new management has lowered the food quality but the service is excellent. I hope they can pull the food quality back to where it was. My only complaint about the food is that the kofta is not juicy as it was before. They might be missing one small recipe hint on that.
We came with the whole family to have early dinner before it got crowded due to covid. While we were waiting for our food, the owner decided to set behind us and started to clear his throat none-stop. It was so uncomfortable to set there and wait for our food while he was keep clearing his throat. I mean how rude and unconcerned was he to make customers feel uncomfortable at his own restaurant. Really dude? Anyways, I had to leave the restaurant and ask them to make our order to go!
I went to Adriatic Grill today for my after work treat, but the food was not good. The fries were alright, but the Philly cheesesteak was horrible. It was not fresh at-almost to the extent of being reheated in a microwave. The cheesesteak had a horrible aftertaste. The food is usually delicious, but I could not stomach the cheesesteak today my stomach is currently hurting from this.
I've tried a lot of different places for Gyros but this place beats all! The Greek salads are great too. They use good quality, fresh ingredients. This is also a great place to go for and coffee and dessert! They have a large selection of yummy desserts!
Hearing about a doner from my German coworkers this place will give you a chance to try one. And they are awesome! Highly recommend the lamb and don't order a side unless you are really hungry.
Great place. First time dining at the establishment. Very helpful staff with suggestions on house favorites. The falafel gyro was perfectly prepared. Not dry and crumbly like other places.
The Greek salad was very fresh and I just wish it had a few more peperncinis on it. One was not enough. The lamb falafel was outstanding and very tasty. The pita bread was soft and warm.
"I'll be back. " Like the Terminator would say
The food is amazing. I highly recommend the beef & lamb gyro and the baklava. I’m sure everything else is probably great, but I love the gyro so much I ordered it the second time I came, too. I loved it so much I came back a second time three days after my first visit. The staff is super kind, too.
As far as the gyro goes
-the pita is amazing
-the meat is flavorful and NOT dried out
-there’s an adequate amount of toppings and meat
They have several flavors of baklava’s to try too. Highly recommend trying a few.
Pictured here are the Nutella and pistachio ones. I had the regular one on my first visit and decided to branch out this time.
Need some flavor and juice in the meat. It is pretty bland tbh. The Halal Guys, for example have more juice and marination in the meat.
Visiting family in Atlanta GA and they swore they would take us to only amazing restaurants. Our party ordered everything from a burger to gyro, diner, and sausage. Everything was fresh and very tasty. We have a few more days left of our trip and we all want to eat here again!
Would give it a 5 star except for location, parking is oddly located and service is slow. Otherwise food is great. Our favorites are Bubba burger and Philly cheese steak sandwich.
Update 7.23.21
Ordered Bubba burger. Beef pattie was stale, bread soggy, veggies soggy, lacking sauce. If it was my first time eating this burger, would never order again. But I've eaten better at the same place. Friday pm with lot of young kids at the grill, quality not the same.
Went here on a delivery. Gave it four stars cuz it looks like a place I would come back to and eat. It's Mediterranean or Greek and looks good.
This place is awesome. The food was very delicious. Bosnian people are good at food. I suggest this place to everyone. Nazif is a great man. When you go there, try to have a conversation with him. He is very communicative.
I’ve had to update my review to reflect the new ownership and the downwards trend in all that made this place great. Jack is the man!
Best food ever clean big portions and full of flavor you would never find anywhere else and very low prices for the food and the sweet
This place is one of the most unique restaurants in the area. My first time was yesterday and I really enjoyed the experience. Not only that, the prices were really reasonable.
We have been going to The Adriatic Grill for a LONG time. The service is top notch and the food OMGoodness, it is the highest quality, always fresh and hot. And it has stayed consistent. (unlike many other places) They will make your order the way you actually order it, you don't want onions, guess what, none. The owner is just a great guy, he doesn't mind getting in there and helping. All I can say is you will regret not going. Dang it, now I want a Doner Platter.
Been here a few times and have to say there Philly cheese steak is the BEST! It's nice to have a local halal restaurant with good food and reasonable prices.
They have the best gyro meat in town. The fries were well seasoned. Staff is friendly and maintain a family atmosphere. And the desserts are to die for!
