Been with them for a long time! One of my gripes was that their monthly rates kept going up, but I signed up for another contract where my rate would not go up. I was required to update my system if I wanted to get what I was already getting since the beginning of time for continued continuous, uninterrupted monitoring for $600 to $1000 more. That was ridiculous to say the least. I would rather have just bought a Google Nest System or Amazon security over ADT! However, they found a compromising solution.
UPDATE: They finally, found a way to monitor me without having to pay for an upgrade that I had no control of. It wasn’t my fault cellular carriers were phasing out 3G signals. Now I’m a content customer again.
