7Called Joe because I was told I needed a new garage opener after a quick conversation he informed me of what he thought the issue was and the steps to take in order to resolve it. I followed the steps that he provided me and it was exactly what he thought it was. He resolved my issue over the phone. No out of pocket expense.
I (Bill) am age 73, an Army Veteran, and was raised to do things RIGHT, no excuses. My mother & hero always said "do it RIGHT the first time or don't do it at all". Why, you wonder, did I write that? Having a service performed RIGHT when we pay for it is exactly what I expect from the service provider, no excuses. Joe & Blake (father & son) repaired our garage door cables + replaced the motor, which had worked for 15 years, and they did it RIGHT the first time. While at our home this father & son team worked together on our garage door problem like a well oiled machine. I, Bill, know because I watched the entire process, which is something I do when any stranger/s is/are in our home performing what it is he/she does. Doesn’t do service in Thomasville unfortunately but explained ways to fix the problem with my door manually over the phone. Very nice and helpful
