On December 12,2023, we had our every 6-month service with Aire Ser of Dublin, GA, Chase came and discovered that our Electric water heater was leaking water from the pop-off valve & the water was leaking under the house. We discussed with Chase and Andy the owner about Aire Ser installing a Rinnai Tankless water heater. Andy and Chase explained in detail how the Rinnai tankless water heater worked and how it would save us money as opposed to an electric water heater. My wife & I had lots of questions & they explained in detail all of our questions.

Thank you Chase for a great job on our maintenance! Chase was prompt, as he arrived 15 minutes early. He apprised us of what he would be doing and in what order. He made recommendations regarding the efficient operations of our units. Chase left work stations the way he found them. Chase was courteous, professional and very polite.

AireServe installed our unit 8 years ago. They gave us the best price out of the four companies that gave me quotes. They have always promptly responded whenever I called them. Jacob and Aiden came this time and Jacob quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit going within the hour. In the past Evan, Danny and Ronnie always took good care of us. Thanks guys!

I couldn't figure out how to post a new review so edited an earlier one. We are now in October in Georgia so done with the excessive heat and humidity and going into the damp winter weather. Had the furnace serviced by Jacob and Aiden today. Both were polite and Jacob was helpful and knowledgeable about the system and addressed my questions/concerns with honest frankness and no-nonsense. He also addressed the open vent that I had plugged with a towel. He wrapped the open vent, tied, and taped it shut. A much better solution. He went above to correct the problem of dirty outside air being pulled in. I hope to see him again at my next maintenance appointment. The service desk was also helpful and kept me informed of changes in my appointment and I knew when to expect the Technician to arrive. All positive customer service traits.
