I have rented from this company for years but have always questioned there interactions with customers. Today I experienced an encounter myself. Very rude, talking over us and threatened to call the police. I'm not a rude or mean person. For someone threatening to call the police was uncalled for. It made me feel some kind of way especially with all that's happening in today's world. I will never go there again. I was appauled and saddened. In all my life no one has never threatened to call the police on me.: - (

Woman at desk was rude and not professional, threatened to call the police, so not to cause a scene I left, I will BLAST my negative experience of this company on all social sites.

Always such a reliable rental vendor with items in good condition. Reasonable pricing and awesome customer support.

Extremely unhappy with their customer service. Rented a wood chipper that didn't work. We had a Tree removal company onsite so it wasn't a case of not knowing how to use it. When returned, my wife was treated very poorly ("people always trying to go cheap.should have rented a bigger one" AND "it's really busy, we don't have time for this"). I tend to think that if you're too busy to treat your customers with respect, you won't be busy for long. I'll go to Sunbelt or Ready-Rent-All next time.

I had to rent 1 tablecloth last minute for a festival. It was quick and easy to rent it and return it. Thankfully they had a good selection of colors and sizes. What we received looked great and worked for our event. I will certainly keep them in mind for future renting needs.

I rented tents for my son's wedding here. The men who set up & broke dwn were great. The tents were beautiful & very sturdy. The sales lady who I rented from was super helpful. The one suggestion for the client, is to ask about the deposit policy & how they pick up. - Express whether u want to b on site or not. Also a tip clients should know is no checks accepted, only cash or card.
