Still waiting to get my refrigerator repaired. I am ready to call someone else! I have sat home 3 days waiting on them, not to mention a weekend in between. I have been a loyal, cash paying customer for years.

Buyer beware. I only give these stars for showroom helpfulness. Obviously, they have no repair service or care less. Call puuits Repair.

The people were nice, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. This is definitely where I will buy appliances from in the future.

Good retail experience. Locally owned company, decent amount of inventory considering how the pandemic has affected supply. Purchased a new refrigerator, washer& dryer, and range. Went with the commercial washer and dryer and definitely worth the money. The team that completed my delivery, removal, and installation were friendly and courteous. Definitely will be purchasing from Allen Murphy's when needed in the future.

I've bought all my appliances from Murphy's for years. My dryer quit working in Jan.and a repair man came out the last week of the month. He said they would replace the part at their expense and I would pay for the work. The part was supposed to be in in about 2 weeks. I made 4 calls to find out when it was would be repaired and never got an answer, just runaround. It's now March 24.
They have lost a very good customer, I won't ever buy anything else from them. Good customer service is very important to

Friends of mine bought a dishwasher that never worked, when the technician showed up, he introduced himself by saying “oh, you bought a Samsung so I’m clearly going to be out here a lot! ”
Several visits later, they’re still washing dishes by hand because the company refused to stand behind their return policy or even offer a replacement.

Over the years I have bought several appliances from Murphy's. Unlike the box stores they have a nice supply of in stock appliances and at fair prices. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and delivery is within reasonable times. The delivery folks set things up well and leave it all clean. In all those years and products had only one minor problem which was fixed quickly and professionally. A great place to do business.

$900 down the drain, just like all the food off our dishes since our dishwasher doesn’t work. The service guy Is nice, however he is clearly just a kid that has the job because his family owns the place, not because he has any idea what he’s doing.

Omg Tammy is the best. She saved my life when I needed a refrigerator. Went to hoke depot and it would've been a month before I could get one. Went to AM and Tammy got me one in 2days! Thanks you're the best!

Sadly i have revised my review trying to be fair. This is the third time. My fridge went out almost 3 weeks ago on a Sunday. Due to illness there, then truck trouble, etc, waiting a week for the part to come in it's fixed! Yay! It has been a week since the repair was made, and honestly it seems be getting colder than when it was new. Thank you to the owner who expedited the service call, and to robert who came out

This is the store we will be using to buy all our applications in the future. They are kind curious and know about their products. They are willing to install and deliver and haul off your appliances.

I have a refrigerator that has been nothing but trouble. Parts have been replaced due to the refrigerator freezing up and not cooling. Last time we waited for over 2 months for a control board, and i had to manually defrost this junk weekly to keep it going. Now froze up again. It needs to be replaced under the warranty, so we’ll see.

Browsed the store one day last week. My daughter and I entered the store and the clerk did not even acknowledge us until we exited the store. She was speaking with another customer? But the conversation seened to have moved beyond the point where she could have at least briefly said let me know if you need help. The inventory seemed nice but the prices were a little too steep for me personally, even if perhaps comparable. I was looking more for a scratch and dent type item, and this store came up on a Google search as that type inventory. However, that did not seem to be the case.

Very helpful staff. But expensive! For a dryer belt that was 8.00 everywhere else. This place charges 25.00 for the same part.

I just got a new refrigerator on thanksgiving and the ice maker does not work after 3 visit my refrigerator ice maker still does not work they will not replace it I will never do business with them again ever again please don't do business with them
