We’ve been trying to get our LG 75 inch tv fixed, which we purchased earlier this year since July. We were connected with multiple service providers via Costco concierge under LG warranty, but either they will cancel our request after reviewing our tv’s issue or were no show after scheduling a visit. This was our 5th attempt. I am happy to report that everything went smoothly as soon as we were connected with Mr. Allen - they got in touch with me as soon as LG assigned us to them, diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part and promptly scheduled for a visit within the same week as soon as they received the part. He was on time, professional and we also had a nice chat! I live in metro-Atlanta so I really appreciate him driving all the way here to fix our problem. I highly recommend his service. Thank you.

Impressed is an understatement! Allen's TV is in Columbus, GA. I reside in Birmingham, AL. After problems with my 83 inch LG G2. LG set Allen's TV as my service provider for my repair and I couldn't be more impressed! They kept me updated, they knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed tv in under an hour! Thanks Allen's TV!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Deal with this company! The very rude lady who answers the phone needs a lesson in customer service. They have had my tv for over 2 months ‘repairing ‘it through warranty from LG. Now all of the sudden all the panels LG send are defective all of them and the have sent me in for a refund? Not replacement refund. When I called to question or get information about my claim I was met with we can’t give you any information! So now I deal with LG for the next 4-6 weeks waiting on a refund. And the tv shop magically gets to dispose of the tv that ‘kept getting defective parts sent to repair it’. You should be up front and honest with your customers instead I have been met with no help no answers no tv no nothing! Deal with them at your own risk! LG should screen whom does their warranty work a little better than this company! Just my opinion from my situation with them…. Proceed with caution!
