Called them left a message no one ever returned my call went up there at 430 doors was already closed not supposed to close until 5. I got tired of trying
Awful company. The wanna be officers are super rude & only escalate situations instead of trying to make them better. Terrible people & most definitely terrible management.
Worst company to try and get a job with they never answer the phone and always say they will reach out to you but never do
I worked this company it started off rocky but it got better I met a supervisor name Ted Newby and he is a great person very professional and will listen but he’s supervised over him, Tina is very disrespectful very rude not compassionate don’t care about nobody and she would take a site from you real quickly, and then will leave you with no job, and I don’t care about the backlash. She’s a black lady that let the title of Supervisor people gets her head. She does not try to help her own people succeed.
Who ever is in charge of answering the phone should be fired so rude hung right up on me Right after I said good I’m looking to transfer from NJ To Atl as a armed officer I Just wanna know some Information if you don’t like your job especially with customer service don’t come to work give it to someone with respect and who will value

Worst company ever. Especially the Lagrange, Ga office. Btw the Auburn/Opelika posts are the same office. Supervisors won't let you off work for anything and they never answer the phone. Tina the operation manager will hang up on you when you try to call out sick. Co-workers will constantly be 30 minutes late and get away with it. There's no communication or accountability for anyone or any position in this company.
