By far the worst company I’ve worked for. My equipment been down for weeks. They have not paid me. I keep getting the runaround with corporate. Just shut down. With the reviews it clear that your employees don’t matter.

This place treats their employees so unfairly. The managers talk down on the employees and all the negative gossip goes around leaving the employees in a uncomfortable position. Someone of higher authority should really look into this as the things the managers are saying about employees and doing are both unacceptable and disgusting.

Unprofessional, unpleasant experience. Numbers driven. Micro managing atmosphere. If you want to have someone looking over your shoulder at every second of everyday this is your call center. Good luck

Every since I started at this company I felt as though my job was on the line, Just after a few weeks of being there I was being threatened if being let go. As soon as I got onto the floor I was threatened every single day. I actually had my manager at the time looking over my shoulder every second of the day. Even while I was on the phone. Asking me what am I saying to the customer, Pressing me to meet metrics week 1. Harassing me daily. I talked to HR several times through the time I was employed and they basically say they was going to talk to her but nothing was ever done. I talked to corporate nothing was ever done. This lighskin woman big lady manager felt as though she had so much power, she yelled and screamed at me and at several others on my team, It was so horrible, I cried and cried.nothing was ever done.she even sent me home early without pay and without telling her higher ups about it and they just basically accepted it. Ms. Island lady was the realest one up there or tried to be anyway. I say to my self daily you can do it things will change.big lighskin girl will stop harassing you once you make your numbers, one day a guy called in. Very rude guy called in about international services saying that he was charged and should of been. Consulted with this manager the whole call he asks for a manager I mouthed it to her since she was right across from me she says no we’re not giving any credits.tell him that.so I told him just like she said it.every time there was an escalation they did not want you to a manager involved so on this day I did exactly how they coached me.handling my own escalation. They said tell them no manager is available or they will come to the desk and tell us how to talk with the customer and that would make the customer more irate.this particular call I was coached from beginning to end and I said everything she lighskin big girl told me to say down to the very point of telling him he wasina managers Que.and there was no manager Que in sight. It was a very horrible, micro managing situation ex specially with me. I couldn’t breathe without her asking me why are you breathing.no exaggeration.how can any one person make numbers with lighskin lady big girl.down there neck like that? It’s impossible to do.client is in it with big girl oh by the way everyone has to encounter this girl since she is the nesting manager. So anywho I started making my numbers and they started to look at other ways to breathe down my neck. It was so bad. So with that being said I do NOT recommend anyone comes here. EVER! There is a lot of Childishness going on here.you can never talk to Boone one on one with out them going to the HR.so if you do decide to go and work here the first encounter you have leave.it only gets worse from there. I showed everyone how unorganized this company In Marietta was.so my deed is complete.be very cautious. Good luck

I use to work there i quit because that place is unprofessional systems is always going down cause us to get failed surveys and they wont even dispute any of the surveys this job is stressful and they need to shut down this place asap

The reason I’m giving this one star is because I went for a interview, the place is right near the braves stadium and it’s inside a office building for n the second floor. THERE ARE NO SIGNS THAT SAY ALORICA THE WHOLE BUILDING IS 800 battery ave, they did not give any further directions I had to ask multiple people to find the building, I want to work somewhere organized and on point the fact they didn’t bother to give any further details on the location and it took me 30 mins to find was a complete turn off for me

HORRIBLE! RUN. The area is horrible parking is a mess and management literally will talk to you like a child. One manager yelled at a girl so bad she started crying. If you’re looking for a professional work environment and growth do not work here you will hate this unprofessional fish market of a job.

I can agree with every one star on here plus more! My partner and I have been working at Alorica since January this year and we recently left. We relocated here for the job. Training was great! Loved the trainers and the learning experience. Once you get out of training, you go into ‘nesting’. TERRIBLE! The oms are great but their supervisors are a COMPLETE joke! Very unprofessional, money hungry and selfish. Worry more about themselves and how our numbers mess up their numbers and keep them from getting a bonus when the one who actually suppose to help us (the Supervisor), sits on her back side all day. That alone, explains their high turn over rate. Good luck to those to come!
