7 I took my iPhone 12 Pro to this location for a back glass repair. When I initially handed over the phone, the technician didn't provide any specific details about the repair process. During the repair, he called to inform me that he couldn't locate a replacement for the flashlight and would charge an additional $50 for it. I agreed to the extra charge. The repair took approximately 5-6 days.
When I went to pick up my phone, I noticed glue residue around the edges and uneven bumps near the front camera. Upon questioning, he explained that achieving a perfect finish was challenging because the back glass had shattered into numerous pieces. He also mentioned gaps near the metal strips, but simply reiterated his previous justification.
Three days after collecting my phone, I discovered that he had damaged my MagSafe, rendering it incompatible with wireless MagSafe chargers. Overall, the visible glue, gaps, and MagSafe issues lead me to believe that he lacks expertise in repairing back glass specifically.
Absolutely satisfied with Alpha computers, Chuck transferred my older laptop files and programs to a new laptop. Wow, seamless transition, I've tried Laplink and other programs which were about 50% effective. Thanks, you saved me hours of frustrating time spent putting my new Laptop into service.

This man literally just touched my computer, and it worked. My PC was not showing any signal to my monitor. After 2 monitors and 2 different HDMI cables and fiddling with the parts, I was ready to cash in my warranty on this $1500 paperweight. I brought it in and like magic, it works now.
