They are not conveniently located. And then they close well before their posted closing time. So, they can get home quicker. Customer service is non-existent.

Came in today looking for beds for my kids and Ms. Tanisha not only sold me the beds I need but she also showed me a lot of great deals on different pieces of furniture. I left with out of American Freight with everything I needed to furnish my home. And with Ms. Tanisha she had chick-fil-A customer service I know 10 out of 10 I’ll be back to shop again!

This place is like a warehouse, not a store and not a very professional bunch.

Store Manager Victoria and the associates was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about what I was looking. Even though, the item were out of stock, I will be back and will recommend this store to anyone over Warner Robins store.

Very sad about my experience with this company. I bought a new couch from them less than 2 months ago and it is already wearing at the seems exposing the fluff in the cushions, even though the couch receives minimal wear/usage. I called them trying to see if they would fix the cushion. They said no because I did not purchase a warranty for it, when no warranty was offered at the time of purchase. The people who worked there the day I went were kind and accommodating-just sucks that the product is bad

Poor customer service, I served myself at the store, lack of communication regarding delivery. I was expecting delivery Saturday, received a call during delivery window to advise it would be Monday. I'm still trying to figure out when as I work during the week. This is a very lackluster, uncaring, unprofessional experience.

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star! I wouldn't advise any one to shop here due to poor customer service at the local and regional level. My parents purchased a refrigerator from this location. Upon its arrival the refrigerator did not work. It wouldn't get cold at all. All the food that my parents purchased spoiled. My parents went back to the store and spoke to the manager. He said they wouldn't take the refrigerator back because it has been 48 hrs. They called customer service. The 1st technician said there was no freon in the refrigerator. He told my parents that he had to put another order in. After 2 weeks, the 2nd technician said that the refrigerator had a bad compressor and that he had to put another order in. He also told my parents to call the store and ask for a new refrigerator. My parents called the store again. One guy said that he would see if there was another store that had a refrigerator and that he would call back tomorrow. The next day, he didn't call. My dad called him and asked where the refrigerator was. The man said there was nothing he could do since my parents called cooperate. When cooperate is called they read a script and say 24-48hrs. This has been a recurring thing since June14. It is now July! The refrigerator is still not working (We have a warranty) no one has called to follow up with my parents. No more technicians have come. We just hear "There is nothing we can do". My parents are still being billed for a refrigerator that doesn't work and that has NEVER worked in the beginning. Again beware. I had a great experience at this location. Chris and the staff were very helpful. If you are looking for great costumer service and great furniture, come and stop in.
