This is the second time Joseph went above and beyond to help me get the perfect furniture me and my family needed! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I purchase a couched from Joseph he told me that it could take up to 60 days for the product to get in to the store but told me he would do everything he could to get the items here ASAP he called me within the week to let me know my sectional was here and ready for pick up thank you again Mr Joseph you made my first time coming in very easy I will be back again

The store was very cleaned and organized bought my entire man cave for a great deal Joseph was great I’ll be back

Disappointed, went into the store to look for a loveseat and was immediately required to register. I refused to register so they would not let me look around the store. I walked out and will take my cash elsewhere.

I absolutely enjoyed furnishing every room in my home with nothing but nice quality furniture with great prices! The customer service from the stocker by the name Ronnie was nothing but fast, great and respectful!

Was told my couch was being delivered Friday. It’s Saturday afternoon 5: 00 and still not here. Giving me the run around when I call. “it has to be taken off the truck” “it’s not here yet” back to “it has to be taken off truck” on hold now. Wondering if I should try to get my money and go elsewhere

When I Walked in i was greeted by Ronnie, He was Very Polite and Patient with my choices He gave me Very detailed information on the things I was looking at, He even helped me checkout and he loaded and tied everything onto my car.

Went for the very first time and was more than satisfied. Alan and Joe were both amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back for future purchases!

I pay the delivery fee, they came with less stuff then I order, I call a talk to associate and say they gonna delivery to what is missing, 5 days and still waiting for my stuff. And continue to say they gonna pass.

Definitely stay away from this place, low quality product, very rude employees don't even spend a dime there and if you have, take it back and get your money back, never deal with these people, there's better places to go. This is the worst place in Augusta

I walked in knew exactly what I wanted and had my beds delivered and assembled in less than an hour!

Loving my king bed mattress and bed frame! We have been enjoying our new sectional as well, it’s so comfortable that i sometimes prefer to sleep on it. Ask for Joseph! He was very friendly, professional and helpful

I don't even want to give them 1/2 a star I paid 1000 dollars for a bed was told it would be delivered and set up "extra of course" the next day at latest needless to say still don't have the bed 9 days later bad business is bad business and that's the bottom line horrible experience with this place.

Horrible experience. I will never come here again. I wouldn’t care how much I was approved for. Never again. Seth Jackson was a HORRIBLE salesman he rushed me and didn’t really explain anything to me. Worst money I’ve ever spent. I felt like I was rapped.

Love American Freight, the prices are great and everyone is so friendly.
We will definitely go there again and buy more stuff.

I walked in the store at 3: 20pm. By 4: 40pm of the same day, the gentlemen had my sofa and lovesit inside my place and they took out the old furniture away! I will definitely shop here again! My experience was excellent!

Great selection and free delivery around csra.

Best shopping experience by far. Very informative about quality of products, very helpful. Patient, not the overbearing salesperson trying to just get my money. Looking forward to my next visit.
