American Freight Furniture and Mattress, Morrow GA

Shopping for my first place with my roomate and we were welcomed and treated with respect and the customer service was wonderful! My sales associate was Uryah, she was amazing! If you ever need to stop by ask for her!

I'm still here waiting on my delivery. I spoke with the young lady at exactly 5: 21 it is now 8: 29 still no furniture.

I loved the salesperson Uriyah Lucas. She helped us with everything. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Will be buying again. There is good furniture and good prices.

Normally it's the furniture company that calls you about payments and missed payments. I have been calling for 2 weeks about a delivery of the remains of furniture Purchased, I mean over 8k spent on refurnishing a entire home. No contact from company about mishaps and on top of that only promised to refund $50. Shaking my head like why, maybe they like receiving payments and people betting them out of furniture. Dont believe the hype, sales papers and etc.

This place has decent furniture but need a serious update in customer service. The men on the floor had loud music playing and were cursing amongst each other, the man who assisted us with our purchase claimed that our couch would be delivered in 1-1.5 weeks. After two weeks I called the store and I was informed that it would be more like 2-4 weeks. Week 4 I went in and finally, it was delivered today. But! The store didn’t load the delivery truck with the second piece or 3rd pillow to my couch. So now, I’m waiting, again! The delivery people were also very unpleasant. If you need furniture right away shop elsewhere.

Destiny was great! She helped us find the sectional we were looking for. We are enjoying our new furniture.

My experience at American Freight was beyond 5 start level from the moment my family walked in the door until we checked out. We were warmly greeted and assisted by a lovely associate named Porsche.

She explained everything about the merchandise and gave us space to see what worked for us. Once we decided what we wanted, she finished out the process quickly and seamlessly. I'm very pleased with my experience and plan to come back again soon.

The price was great, but the quality was not!
I asked for a firm mattress and the one that I picked is definitely not the one a received. I will never buy another mattress here!

Worst place to buy furniture, if you don’t pay your finance by the first 101 days they charge you 4000 for leasing fee, no one tells you about and when you call customer service they give you the run around. Will never buy or refer anyone to them.

The store manager Manny was great. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes with same day delivery!

Was told would get my furniture the same day since I paid cash. Didn't get my furniture until the next day at 6pm. Haven't had my bed for more than 2 months and its already falling apart because of cheap wood. Never will I buy from here again. Please don't waste your money.
