A lot of nice furniture to see from the outside. It wasn't open and there were no notices as to when they would be open next.

First of all, the tall guy is A VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, Self-centered individual. Who walks around like he has a steel pipe enlarged in his buttocks. He is not people friendly. Definitely should NOT be working in Customer service environments. His representation is very nonchalant just there for the check.

Went to buy a refrigerator and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was helped by Stephen very helpfully and knowledgeable. I will return. Check them out for any of your furniture or appliance needs!

Shopping for washer and dryer after being disappointed with customer service at the Tucker location drove to Sugarloaf location and had the same experience viewed items on floor asked for help only to be told they would be right with me and never came back so I walked out the store.

I really enjoyed my time at the stores making my purchases. Vance was extremely helpful polite and I had fun. Even though I couldn't get my delivery tomorrow like I originally wanted Vance got me the next available day. Vance deserves a raise!

This is the worst store to buy appliances. They are selling defective products not scratch and dent as advertised. I bought a stove and a dish washer. I changed both of them twice because the both washer leaked and destroyed my cabinet. The stoves burner does not work only the oven burners. They have some nerve to tell me to come back to choose the products for the third time. I went to Home Depot to buy my products and I have no problem. I contacted the main office until now they cannot return my cash money back that I paid for the washer. Furthermore they send my name to the credit bureau. With all this excellent service am reading about in these review the fact remain that their products are not good. I would never recommend anyone to this store. As a matter of fact I will be advertising this store on social media.

Just purchased a couch set, washer and dryer set with Maxine, she was the best part of my experience! Someone give her a manager position now! The store is so neat and she was so extremely helpful and patient with me, I truly appreciate that in this day and age with such a fast paced life!

I thought that items would be less expensive, because of the store reputation, and unattractive interior, but I was wrong
