Everything was superb from the time I walked in the store to be greeted by Robert to the delivery guys today! I'll be waiting on my dinette set on next week!

On Sunday, November 18,2023, I placed an order for furniture at your store. Subsequently, on November 21,2023, I received a confirmation call for an appointment window scheduled for November 22,2023, between 5: 15 PM and 8: 15 PM. Anticipating the delivery, I proactively reached out at 7: 40 PM on November 22,2023, to confirm the appointment, only to encounter a disheartening situation.

Despite receiving a tracking notification indicating my furniture would arrive between 6: 25 PM and 6: 55 PM, the delivery didn't materialize. Upon contacting the salesperson, I was informed that the preceding delivery had been completed, yet my order was not accounted for. This led me to request speaking with a manager, and I was connected with April Davis. Regrettably, Ms. Davis appeared unsupportive and conveyed that the earliest possibility for rescheduling my order would be Saturday, November 26,2023.

I emphasized to Ms. Davis the urgency of my situation, highlighting that it was the eve of Thanksgiving and my guests were due the following day. Despite having received no prior communication about the delay, Ms. Davis informed me that my furniture had been returned to the store, and the delivery personnel had departed. This left me baffled, especially considering it was only 8: 00 PM, well within the 8: 15 PM delivery window.

To compound the issue, Ms. Davis neither apologized for the inconvenience nor offered any form of compensation for the considerable disruption caused. I iterated my inability to accommodate a Friday, November 24,2023 delivery and, regrettably, had to cancel my order altogether. This unfortunate series of events has cast a shadow over our Thanksgiving celebration.

I am writing this complaint to highlight the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the manager and the store, seeking acknowledgment of this matter and ensuring a prompt refund for my canceled order.

I trust you will address this issue promptly and take measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Michelle is very patient and provides excellent service. I will definitely come see her again!

UPDATE: the only reason why I am dropping the stars down from 5 to 3, is because it was such a hassle at getting our bed & other furniture delivered. Brenda's review will remain the same because she was truly awesome. We purchased in May & if my fiancé didn't call & raise hell, we would've probably never gotten our stuff until the fall. Purchase furniture here at your own risk! We will definitely not be using them again for any additional furniture needs, being that it was such a headache/hassle.

Brenda was amazing, she gets 5 Stars. I really appreciate her knowledge & transparency during this furniture shopping experience. We were able to get a good deal & leave at peace! I highly recommend using her for your next purchases in store only!

First time we bought furniture from American Signature Furniture, we loved it so much. Wish we know them earlier.

I purchased a double recliner and a warranty, the recliner stopped working in August and the replacement part is still not in in November. I will never ever purchase anything from this company.
