First time buying furniture from here. My sales person Tish was great. I appreciated that she let me take my time. No pressure. After I selected a bedroom set I asked her to show me mattresses. When I was laying on a mattress she would walk away to give me a few minutes to myself. She took her time with me and you can tell she really enjoys her job.

The delivery men. Ralph and Eddie were great. They were friendly, professional and ensured that my bedroom furniture was placed exactly how I wanted it. They were quick to set up everything and made sure to remove all the packing material. There was damage on one of the dresser draws so they took a pic and informed me of my options. Delivery people have a hard job so I always appreciate when they do a professional job with a smile on their faces.

I had the pleasure of working with Tish. She was efficient, knowledgeable and simply a sweetheart. Thanks again!

I would give ten stars to the sales manager “Jaylon Smith” if I could! He is the best sales manager we've ever seen so far. He delivered parts of our purchased dining set (that were not delivered on time by the company) himself and assembled them here after his working hours on a Saturday night. We are so thankful of all he did for us. He is so nice and courteous, simply one of the best.

Update:

So, having a good experience with the store manager made us to buy more.
I bought living room set on July 17th, 2023. I took a day off of work the day they were supposed to be delivered (September 22nd, 2023) just to be informed that they will not be here until November 30th, after the Thanksgiving that we will have families coming to our house for the break and bought the furniture for that reason. It means it will took 5 months for delivery! This is ridiculously unacceptable and I’m so pissed! The nice store manager could not help this time.

Joyce is a bundle of sunshine. She was very helpful with answering our questions and making valid suggestions based off of the current furniture pieces we already have. I will ask for her when I’m back in the store because of her valuable experience and insight.

Jaylon from the Alpharetta office was helpful over the phone and completed my order very quickly and did a good job of explaining everything. I love my dining set from the Belle collection. It’s beautiful and competitively priced for its style and delivered on time.

I came in with my family to just get ideas for our new place until Joyce greeted us and showed us all the appealing stuff in store. Joyce was very pleasant & informative. We ended up getting a few things & I am so happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend Joyce as your furnishing consultant.
