I had a great customer service experience when I went to the store. It was a two day process. I went one day to look around and I was not hassled, I was greeted and left to look around. Amy was the person who greeted me and when I came back the next day to purchase I asked for her. She was professional and made the process pretty quick since I knew exactly what i wanted. My experience at American Signature Furniture at Cumberland was awesome. A sales representative by the name of Elizabeth assisted my husband and I with purchasing a new bedroom suite. She provided emailed details of the selections we liked, in order for us to compare our options. Elizabeth also added personal details about her life to assist us with choosing a mattress while getting to know her a little bit more.

We walked in to look at a new bed for our daughter. We saw one we liked online, and wanted to see it before we bought it. We were greeted by a sales rep as soon as we walked in. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brian helped us with all the questions we had, and we bought the bed.

I recently went into the store looking for some items for my new home. I was instantly greeted by a warm welcome and assistance from Stef. She didn't breathe down my neck and allowed me to roam freely, but was always there to answer any questions I had about availability, pricing, etc. I would come back again!

Very easy and effective experience at this location. Walked in, were greeted then given room to explore and when we were ready to ask questions and talk prices, Romero was there to guide us along. Found just what we were looking for but since it was our first stop we wanted to look other places. No pressure at all, Romero priced out what we wanted and we were on our way. We came back the next day not having found anything close to the value and are very pleased!
