AREA is hands down an amazing place to gain knowledge. Nora does an outstanding job preparing her students to take exams. She’s extremely diligent in her processes, and takes immense pride and ownership in her instruction. She has an extremely vast knowledge about education, as well as business in general. If 10 stars were available, I’d have chosen that. AREA is the place to go for in person education, and unbelievable education. Study guides presented were great, and the material is broken down in a sense that anyone can understand. Highly highly recommend!

Mrs. Nora and her team are phenomenal to work with. I don't use that word lightly! Not only did I have an amazing experience going through the education courses they offer, but I have enjoyed the very generous support they have continued to offer me (guiding me as I start my real estate journey).

I am happy to share that after going through their dual program, I am having a blast both as an Appraiser and as a licensed Real Estate Agent (I passed the State RE exam the first time thanks to AREA!). What a wonderful company this is. They are passionate about helping anyone be successful who show up to put in the work. With AREA, you get well beyond the value of what you pay.

Here's an example: I had a problem that seemed impossible to solve with a renewal issue for one of my licenses. I had less than a week to solve the issue. Well. Mrs. Nora did the impossible and solved the issue for me with a simple, yet profound, idea to remove the issue. This is truly a business that goes the second.and third mile for their customers.

After a diligent search of both on-line and in person classes, I decided to take the in person real estate course through AREA, Inc. I was truly fortunate having Nora teach the class.
Nora's lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging her students to try. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in learning real estate.

Excellent place to go to learn about real estate. I took and passed the Real Estate classes three months ago with Nora. The final exam of the RE course was very hard, but excellent to go through it as it got me to prepare myself even more for the state exam, which I passed on the first try! Nora is an excellent, serious yet funny and professional instructor. She is knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate instructor and Broker, this gave me confidence that I was in the best place to learn RE. She always answered all my questions in or out of class. Moreover, I enjoyed her real estate stories as we learn the material. Last but not least, the pop quizzes we took every class kept us on our toes lol, to which I thank her because it help me to get used to the pressure that an exam brings. If you are considering or looking for a place to go and learn about Real Estate this is the place to go in person!

After attempting to do an online course which consisted mostly of reading a book, it became evident that I needed to find a different approach that would help guide me through the Real Estate Pre-license Course and prepare me for the state exam.

Aside from the lack of engagement from the generic online course, I personally found it difficult to dedicate time during my busy day to adequately work on the material uninterrupted. Weeks went by and progress was not what I had hoped.

I proceeded to search for an in-person course and decided to go with AREA after carefully considering all my options because it met all of my requirements. In-person, great reviews, quick completion (<5weeks), solid curriculum, ample resources and support, as well as best possible teachers and outcome.

I couldn't be happier with my decision, starting with the teachers. In my case, my class was taught by Nora and she is excellent.

She uses her own curriculum and materials and does a very good job delivering these so that all of us in class could learn, not just memorize. Her materials are to date and forms current, even though we were only a couple of weeks into the new year she was using 2023 forms.

AREA's course will adequately prepare anyone willing to work and follow Nora's proven process to complete the state required course and pass the state exam. In my case it was less than 6 weeks from my very first class to passing the state exam. I couldn't have done it without their support and highly recommend AREA, where I will personally come back for my Georgia Broker Course when the time comes.

This school is amazing Mrs Nora will bend over backwards to help anyone achieve their real estate ambitions she has help me from beginning to end and has gotten me through every single test and answers all my questions openly honestly and factually. If you are interested in a real estate career this is your starting point

I took the realestate salesman course and I am extremely grateful for the content that was provided! When I went on to take the state test I realized that the information covered in the course was almost identical to the information I was seeing in the test! This class was truly a blessing!

I highly recommend AREA to my friends and everyone. Honestly, I took an online RE fundamental class last year at the largest school in GA but I didn’t understand lessons.
I attended a pre-license course here in class last month and I just finished it. Nora is the best instructor ever that I have never seen. She is patient, devoted and knowledgeable. I know how to handle math and understand chapters well even though my English really is a barrier (I came to America 4 years ago). I am truly grateful for her.

America's Real Estate Academy and the staff are the BEST! I have taken real estate and appraisal classes here for the past 2 years and they continue to go above and beyond. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the subject matter. If they don't know an answer to something you ask, they WILL figure it out for you. The class is small and intimate. I love taking classes with Nora and Jaque! Thanks so much for being so great!

Highly recommend AREA pre-licensing class for anyone working toward their real estate license. Had a great experience with Nora! Very knowledgeable and informative, and they staff was very accommodating. You can't go wrong!

Wonderful classes for both Real Estate and Appraisals! They can an be trusted to provide reliable instruction. Not only are they all great teachers (Nora, Jacquelyn and Mr. Viti), their experience is more valuable than ordinary book knowledge and spans decades!

Over the ten plus years I have attended classes at AREA I have been very pleased! One of their many strong points is that they genuinely care about their students! Because of their expertise and knowledge, very few if any questions go unanswered when it comes to dealing with the state board. I would highly recommend AREA without any reservations!

I have been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. I will only do my continuing education with America's Real Estate Academy. I have referred several people to the Academy and they ALL have thanked me for recommendation. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and take a personal interest in your success.

I just passed my state test on the first try and wanted to come here just to say, if you're looking for a school THIS IS THE ONE. The resources available to you, her teaching style, her support and guidance, it was honestly the biggest and main reason I passed today. THANK YOU NORA. Keep being amazing!

I signed up for in class real estate course with Nora. First what I would like to mention that materials provided are absolutely horrible. Just bunch of printed papers put together in a binder. To my opinion book is poorly written and hard to follow. Nora is knowledgeable however her teaching style is not the best. Very old school. Not interactive like most schools. Very hard to follow. No table of content. No visual examples. Your basically on your own. She also is very unpleasant person. Does not like to talk to students. Always in a hurry. Bad at responding to emails.
On my second day of class I got really sick. I threw up 3 times in the school bathroom and was having horrible stomach spasms to the point that I almost fainted. I called my friend to come take me to the emergency room. As I started to leave the class Nora had no respect and yelled in front of everyone that I’m leaving. (Good teacher would have noticed when one is extremely sick) I had to explain that I’m going to ER and why.
I spent 10 hours at the hospital diagnosed and referred to professional. Immediately next morning I wrote an email to school on how to make up for missed hours and attached all of the hospital papers. I did not get a response for 4 days! And when I finally did they asked me for cash payment and told me that I most likely won’t be able to make up in time for test and I could take test later. (If they responded on time I could have time to make up hours)
I proceeded to explain my health situation and how serious it is at this point. (4 days later) That I have several procedures scheduled and asked to refund me second part of the class. I received a very nasty response to basically how they hope I am ok (when I just explained to them and provided all the papers that I wasn’t) and how they would not refund me anything. I understand school policies. However no one canceled being a good person! Which this school is definitely lacking. Making money on other peoples problems is not good business.

The decision is yours. But if you want marginal materials with bad teaching habits hardly no explanation and staff that has no good morals and only see $$ signs than this school is for you.

I went to America's Real Estate Academy to get my real estate salesperson's license, and while I was there I decided to become a registered appraiser as well. My experience was top notch! Everyone at AREA is professional, personable, relatable, and well versed in their curriculum. I was always impressed by them and their continued support after I graduated has been so helpful! I tried other online real estate courses and it just wasn't clicking. Finally, in AREA's classroom, we got it done! If you struggle with online courses, AREA is the place for you.

If you are interested in becoming a real estate salesperson, upgrading to a broker, becoming an appraiser, elevating your current license, or any of the other courses taught there I would highly recommend AREA!
