Clean place and very cool orange smiles, with money green apple eyes.but decisions to wear Nikes and have a $1000 iPhone are kinda things to think twice about these days since people do bad things sometime over i Phones and Nikes so I will stick to my Kroger wireless unlimited limited android sprint service they call it unlimited no like I limited except the high speed date and 2 gig sand that's a crock rv8it's 25? 9!

Spacious, clean and well maintained Apple store. Good customer service. They have all latest Apple products.

I have been to several Apple Stores in Atlanta area (Perimeter Mall and Lenox Square) and others in the US, this one in Avalon is absolutely the worst. The customer service is very poor and the employees can get rude and disrespectful with the customers. My latest bad experience was with the short Asian girl who was of no help, abrupt and extremely rude. Will never go back.

Apple products are not great and way too proprietary for my taste, but this is a very cool store.

I had great customer service here. I came in, made a full device purchase and left happy in the span of roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

Very professional and excellent AppleCare experience. Went to Apple Avalon 2 weeks ago to fix my MacBook with display backlight issue. The associate explained the entire process and gave me both choices for pick up in store or mail home for free. He also examined the laptop and well documented it. Great service overall.

Have been many times to this location. They are requiring masks and appointments. You must wait outside in line them be called in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Avalon is quite upscale with top drawer shops and restaurants. You can even shop for a Tesla automobile if you like.
We finished and went to Whole Foods market to buy wheatgrass. Every thing at whole paycheck lives up to it’s name. Overpriced and expensive. Nice big store but one must be wealthy to really buy a lot there. Beautiful seafood? Department and deli and bakery are nice but way overpriced as well. Pizza slice was $4. Cheeseburgers are over $6.
They have a movie theater we went to a couple of years ago.
If y’all are in the neighborhood check it out.

Alex the employee was easy to talk to and great at helping send my macbook air for help n repairs I wish it didn't have to temporarily close

This Apple store is not helpful whatsoever. On the phone they hardly helped me. They told me to go here and they’ll run a diagnostic on my AirPods and if it’s something internal and NOT my fault. I still have to pay for it! Apple is so over priced and their products only work for a year or two and then they stop working. So not cool. Just sad because I want to keep buying their products but if their not going to help me then I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Brought my MacBook to this store for diagnostic services. They were not able to diagnose the issue which is not my complaint as I intended to eventually get a new laptop anyways. As soon as I got home to turn on my MacBook, I was unable to connect to WiFi as the internal chip for it was malfunctioning. This has never been a problem for me in the past, I have never had a single issue with my MacBook until it was in the care of Apple Avalon. I couldn’t get an appointment until 2 weeks from that day, so I waited and brought my laptop in. The service technician insisted it was a freak “coincidence” and that they’re not in the business of making money. I continued to explain my hesitation considering I had a functioning computer until it was in the care of this store, and the technician became extremely defensive and told me the fix would be almost $200. Not worth it, im not giving this store my money I will buy a different brand other than Apple for half the price and probably never have a freak “coincidence” of it breaking while in someone else’s care. Not to mention the system they have for appointments is pure chaos. “Security” organizes who goes in when and it doesn’t appear to have any particular order- just whoever they feel like letting inside when.

Went to the store about 830pm today. Tried to gain access to the front door. As I pulled the door to open it the “security “ guard asked me “what are you doing”? I said trying to go into the Apple store. He said “not today”. “Not without an appointment. “ I asked if I could speak to an Apple associate and he said he was one. So security and Apple are one company?

Online appointments were down so I wasn’t able
to make one. So I came to the store to make an appointment. Apparently I’m not allowed to do this either. I had also tried to call the store to make an appointment. I just get transferred to an Apple support individual who keeps apologizing for Apple In Avalon for not picking up to make an appointment. Apple needs to get their stuff together. These “Covid” precautions are a bit extreme. Just trying to buy Apple products/ new phone. Please revamp/ reconsider your “Covid“ precautions. You’re letting down a lot of your current/ future customers.

My experience at the Avalon location was absolutely amazing to say the least. Grant was awesome! He found a resolution to my issue immediately. I was in and out in record breaking time (45mins). Thanks again Grant!

I came to my appointment 30 mins early. The appointments were over booked and caused over an hour waiting period. The Avalon area is nice however the Apple store should be more considerate due to the high volume of customers that they have coming into the store.

Talk about helpful. I went in two weeks ago to purchase an iPad for school and the process was so smooth and quick. I went back two days ago to get a case for my iPhone and the representative noticed that an had my iPad with me. She mentioned that there was a deal going on for college students for an iPad Pro and wireless beats. Not only was I able to trade in my two-week old iPad, but she was able to get me every student discount in the book. Highly satisfied and this iPad Pro is amazing!

Really great staff - everyone was very patient, professional and polite. I had an issue with my wife’s iPhone 6+ we showed up without an appointment and15 min later Jose called us and fix the software issue in no time - he’s awesome and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys, this is the best Apple store ever!

The "genius" who sold me my computer not only tried talking me out of the stuff I was set on, but I got all the way home and tried putting the cover on my new computer only to realize that he gave me the wrong size. I do not understand how this man has kept a job with Apple.

Great place, got my apple watch 3 series, best watch I ever had.
Salespeople were all nice and friendly, I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. 5 Stars!
