Got my battery replaced. What more can i say. Typical apple store. With a wait no matter which one you go to i try to avoid instore purchases when its time to pick up they act like CIA.

If I could rate the specialist that helped me higher than a 5, I would. I am pretty sure his name was “Marvin”, but it could have been “Martin” (almost positive it was Marvin though). I had a very complicated set of requests and he handled it with grace and made the whole experience very fun. He knew how to make it as easy as possible for both of us and I left the store wanting to buy him a coffee haha! The other workers were also all very helpful and nice. I had a great experience here!

I went to Apple store to pickup. My appointment was at 2: 30 pm but they haven’t allowed 4pm. I was waited for a so long. Apart from this nothing I feel bad. But I like food court with my and clean

Diego is the best! I arrived to my appointment (after a short and reasonable wait in line) knowing what I wanted, and he helped me get it exceptionally fast and made sure I had all the relevant info – all without trying to upsell me on anything. We also just had a pleasant chat, which is pretty valuable for those of us who rarely leave our household bubbles. Far and away best experience I've had at an Apple store.

Ameris is amazing. She was the specialist that helped me at the Genius Bar today and she helped me solve an issue with my new iPhone. It’s my carrier who has the problems. I recommend seeing her if you have this chance. This store is also very clean and knows how to keep customers safe?

I have always experienced great customer service at this Apple store location. An employee named Judah took especially good care of my wife when she brought her MacBook Air in for a broken screen. He could see that she was visibly upset at what the repairs were going to end up costing her, so he took every possible step to ensure she was getting the best deal. He's a champion.

Very scary service! If you are planning to buy or have already bought an iPhone 8 puls. Be sure to check if they give you a fake! I bought this iPhone 8 puls for 2 months. The screen has been partially recessed and the waterproof glue is not glued. Their solution is to pay extra for the screen and remove the excess waterproof glue! Terrible! Service attitude is also very bad. I won't buy an apple anymore! I spent $1,000 to buy a bad product!

Always buy there apple products. But I wish they change design inside the store, like they did in some other states.

Horrible customer service! Brought my Mac book air in to get a repair for 3 keys. Already expecting to pay a hefty price but at least for the price of the repair I would get the computer back in a timely manner! Each representative have give me different answer to when I will see my computer and I’m a college student that needs a computer! Horrible people horrible place.

Don’t trust what they said “: be with u shortly or someone be w u soon “. They let u wait forever and they check u in then they let u wait for Another hourlong. Staffs talking each other and some of them do nothing.

Overpriced and they took way too long to fix my phone. If you say my phone will be ready by 5: 30 then I shouldn’t be waiting till closing.

I will absolutely never go this Apple store again. The reps are rude and look like they hate their jobs, unfriendly and extremely unorganized. All the money I give Apple and this how they act! Extremely disappointed

Will is the most amazing employee ever! My friend and I needed to get our laptops looked at and not only did he accommodate both of us when it was super busy, but he was so nice and helpful! This man needs a raise!

Dropped over $1000 here and couldn't even get a bag. You want me to walk around the mall carrying expensive merchandise thanks for thinking about the consumer. I would never go to apple for myself only buy gifts from there since their products suck and barley improve.

I took my grandma to (finally) get herself a new iPad. The young man that helped us was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive! We had a great experience, my first at an apple store personally, and it was a pretty quick trip too!

Exciting to see how Apple is innovating their stores to be less of a purchasing experience and more of an educational experience! Don’t just come here to buy, come here to explore, innovate, and be equipped as a mobile device user and more! The only downside is the amount of customer volume in-store and the lack of walk-up availability for Genius Bar appointments without reservation.

Terrible service. Was told I'd have to wait an hour to talk to a "genius" to replace an obviously broken Apple TV remote.
