This Ashley furniture store only seems to be useful while you are at the store. How do you change a delivery date without notifying me to see if I will be at home that day. I’m store I would have gotten my purchase with 4-5 day now it’s another two weeks. Thankfully I called

My other sets lasted for over 20 years from a different store. I'm just looking to have this sectional for 2 years and then change up.

All was fine till my delivery date was changed without my approval and no one could answer why part of the delivery could not be delivered on the original date.

I bought a mattress. Our salesman Eric Blank was so good. He was helpful. Gave me good information without being pushy! We had a good experience and will definitely be back.

And I would like to say that Jimmy was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. While assisting me with my selection to furnish my entire living room area in my home.

Great shopping experience today! In the past, Ashley Furniture was not my ideal choice when it came to purchasing furniture. However, today's shopping experience and purchase has changed my views for the better. I don't know if it's just that, this location is just better but, I would highly recommend the Ashley Furniture in McDonough. It's clean, nice, well-lit, and Antoine provided great customer service. We didn't feel harassed when we entered, he came to us the moment he saw that we were looking for him, he was very knowledgeable about where furniture pieces were located, and completed everything in a timely manner! We are happy with our purchase and experience of visiting today! It's hard to find great customer service so when you do, it is only right to spread and share the positive feedback instead of always being ready to share the negative!

Nice store. Good selection. Felt a bit rushed to make a decision. WOULD NOT SUGGEST PURCHASING IN STORE! Stop by to look and see the items, but buy online if you can. I paid $2100 for a beautiful sectional, only to find it online for $1500 when I got home. Sales lady got me!

I purchased/ordered a bed frame online on 9/25/22, and when I got it, it had a lot of missing parts. Ashely came and picked up the item, and confirmed the return on 10/17/22, in their system. Somehow, a customer service made a mistake thinking that I would keep the item with 20% discount. How do I KEEP an item that was already returned to the store? I have called Ashley furniture store more than 30 times, and am still waiting the full refund. They would say they would, but never actually do it. I want not only my refund, but also have them somehow pay for all the hours and stress that I had to go through. Also, their customer service use cell phone, and could not clearly hear what they said. They also hang up the call quite often in the middle of the phone calls. Their business practice should never be allowed.

I had a great experience here. I already knew what I wanted when I came in and Terry helped me in ordering it. He got me exactly what I wanted and as quickly as he could. This is my second time purchasing through Ashley and I plan to keep coming here for furniture.

Keanna is amazing! If you go to this location make sure you ask for her she goes above and beyond to help you. I got a beautiful living room suit at a beautiful price thanks to her. She’s patient kind and truthful.
