Quick to take your money, but very poor at
Delivering their product. My original delivery date has been extended out twice and they still aren't sure it will be delivered on the most recent extension date.

Ordered a bench from Ashley store online, bench arrived without the screws to assemble it, called customer service and now have to wait ANOTHER two weeks for them to even process sending the hardware. They can’t ship sooner even though it’s their fault. I would have never order this bench knowing it was going to be over a month before I could even use it!

Kristine was fantastic to work with. She took the time to walk around the showroom and show me different options within my style preferences. She also made sure to walk through each step of the process to ensure things were done correctly and that I understood everything. A great experience!

We spent way too long having to pick out a lot of furniture but Chris P.was fantastic and very patient. The manager Jeff was also super sweet and helpful. He walked the length of the store a half dozen times showing us different selections. Everything we wanted was in stock and they had a great deal going on. We ended up stay after closing to wrap everything up and they didn’t rush us or make us feel like a burden.

Purchase the bedroom set 3 of 4 items was damaged 2 months ago delivered hasn't been fixed or exchange and today I asked them for cancelation of Purchase since all been damaged and not been exchange or repaired they told me I can't do that just have to wait till they can exchange there's no customer service!

Disgusted with the lack of professionalism from this organization. We purchased furniture at least 2 months ago and it has yet to be delivered. Some of it was available for delivery at purchase but they chose to deliver it all at once and its been months waiting. Do not choose this store for furniture unless you want the shipping if this furniture to your home to be a surprise. You'll surely forget you ever ordered it by the time it arrives. Thoroughly disgusted with Ashley not responding to my numerous requests for information and help with delivery on my order.

Bad bad customer service, the store can not process your card manually in case of your card chip or strip does not work, so if you have a bad card you better ask your bank to send you a new one before buying in Ashley. I had a visa virtual card and they didn't let me use it. Even with the terminal on the counter they told me they can't type the numbers of my card because if they do corporate will fire them. Really bad experience.

Rude sales staff- They acted like we were a nuisance for asking for assistance and checking to see when something would be available for delivery. We will be ordering our furniture from a different Ashley location.

Delivery is a nightmare. Still waiting weeks after I paid for my items. First two delivery dates cancelled by them because items were not in stock. Third attempt was dropped because I missed their call. I called them back before delivery day to confirm and they pushed it back five more days. This is hard for people who work to schedule time off. Never again.

My first purchase was ok though they ran the deadline to about 4 pm that Saturday. I ordered almost 2000$ worth of goods that needed some assembly and they were running really late, I cancelled the order
