They delivered the wrong couch back in January, 3 months later after being lied to every step of the way by being told it’s been “escalated” still no resolution.customer service is absolutely rude and untrust worthy. They would promise someone will call back just to get you off the phone. I’ve never dealt with a company this poor. They truly do not care once you give them your money. Crazy that I may have to sue to get any resolution. Can’t even get manger on the phone who is competent and not rude. Absolutely disgraceful

DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY!
BED BUGGS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Horrible horrible experience! I had issues from the get go of my purchase. I rented my own truck to pick up my furniture from their warehouse because the first time they delivered half of my items were missing. The manager told me they would refund my money for the rental which I never received. I picked up my bed frame myself full of BEDBUGS! I was bit about 25 times on my arms. I took pictures and video and they sent someone to my house to look at the bed frame and filed a claim. A week later I was told they were not responsible for that claim. The Kennesaw store has the worst customer service! If You don’t want headaches and bed bugs don’t buy there!

Went to store today to buy a small couch for small apartment after Rooms To Go failed to show up with couch purchased 2 months ago. Sales associate Heather helped us find a suitable piece that fit the budget. She was very polite, helpful, informative, and patient with us. Definitely ask for Heather! Hoping delivery is timely and without damage.

It took 5 months to get my furniture! This is a very common issue, along with products damaged upon arrival. I was told it could take up to 5 weeks to get all of my furniture. They lie to make a sale. Don't shop at any Ashley store. They delivered a damaged piece of furniture that was the store display item and I still had to pay full price for the used item. I'm going up the chain with my complaint. I paid delivery fees, yet I had to go to pick up some of my furniture from the warehouse. This business should be shut down, because so many people are done wrong by the employees.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience every step of the way. After I was unable to make an online purchase due to some sort of issue with Ashley Credit, I was essentially told that I HAD to go into the store. Even though I was extremely uncomfortable going into the store due to Covid, I reluctantly went in. Upon going in I was still told there was some sort of issue with the Ashley Credit account. I waited over an hour as the customer service team was trying to find out what the issue was. I eventually had to leave to pick up my son from school. The salesman offered to complete the purchase over the phone with me. We discussed the configuration that I needed and I left the store at the salesman's offer to complete the sale over the phone. The salesman called and the sale was completed. Fast forward to delivery day. The delivery men that showed up first initially refused to bring the furniture into our home because we had exterior painters present that day. My husband was able to convince them to bring it in. Upon bringing the first piece of furniture, the delivery men started to unbox the furniture and began throwing the box, plastic, and heavy wood bases for the couch around the room. We had just had brand new hardwood floors installed and my husband noticed right away that throwing the wood bases of the sofa around caused dents and scratches to our new floors. My husband and the delivery men had a few words and they got upset and refused to bring the remaining pieces of the sectional into our home. The 2 remaining pieces of the sectional were left boxed up in my front yard. We were never given the opportunity to refuse the furniture. After calling friends over later that evening to help us get the furniture in the house, we realized after unboxing that the wrong configuration was sent. Unfortunately, due to the size, shape, and lay out of our living room, the configuration that was sent just won't fit into the space. From there things just keep getting worse. I have spent the last 2 months going into the store and wasting hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I've been told over and over again that "someone will call within 24 hours" to be left with no one to ever call back and when I go inside the store they just tell me that I have to call in. I'm now stuck with a couch I have to make payments (via my Ashley Credit Card) that I did not purchase. I understand that folks are humans and errors get made, but the latest supervisor I spoke with (Damien M.) explained that he can't take my word for any of this. When I asked to speak with the next person in line, my request for a refund was denied and I'm left again with "we will call you back in 24 hours". This has been my first experience with Ashley HomeStore and the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service experience I've ever had. (I haven't even been able to address the damage to our wood floors yet and I'm doubtful that will be handled appropriately or in a timely manner) This all began at the very end of January and we are about to be entering April. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!

K. Binion (KB), greeted me with a smile when I walked in, and remained with me throughout the sale. I wanted 3 items, but bought 1. "Ashley" didn't really have a selection of solid or heavier floor lamps, and only 1 style of head-board. I wanted a traditional, not trendy headboard. My primary goal was a reclining chair. Ironically, I'd been sadly disappointed in Lazey Boy, but "Ashley" had almost the exact chair, at almost 1/2 the price (with a discount mailer I just got the day before). "KB" was the consummate professional. Professionally dressed, friendly, totally eager to help me find what I wanted. Unlike Lazey Boy, whose staff seemed older, tired and distracted. My "helper" walked away from me twice, was not a true "pro", dress-wise or otherwise. With their price points, the store was poorly designed. Ashley's store was up-to-date and in the 21st century digitially. Very desirable! I was very impressed and will return in the near future. N o t J. B's problem was the fact that Ashley had no printers installed where we completed the sale. He left us to go to the rear where a printer existed. Oh, last point. I purchased on Thursday, my chair was scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Lazey Boy? Try a $100 delivery fee and an April delivery from east ATL. How do they stay in business? Thanks J. B. (and Ashley). I'm waiting on my delivery now.

Do not buy from Ashley. Bedbugs! I purchased a bed from Ashley, full of bed bugs! They did not offer a refund or exchange. Had to get rid of it myself and spend another couple hundred dollars for a new bed.

Don't try to do a pickup during lunch hour as you will be required to wait until their one warehouse guy finishes eating. Customer services needs to be improved.

Dishonest does not even cover Ashley.went in saw stuff, bought stuff.a lot of stuff.find out that online the listed prices are $1465 cheaper (including taxes) but they won't price match their own stores because.they are franchised.each store sets it's only prices so if you're not aware before you go in you end up paying through the nose. Will cancel and refute charges and I will refuse delivery.

My sales agent Lisa at your Kennesaw store was awesome. She provided detailed I formation on the items I was interested in, suggested similar items at different price points and went above and beyond to ensure I got the best bang for my buck.

Don't do it!
First, There is no return policy!
Second, The delivery service is a joke!
Third, customer service is non existent!
Once furniture leaves the store, you are stuck with it!
After the initial purchase, every other aspect of this transaction was a total disaster!
The biggest disappointment was when our order was split into 2 different deliveries & after the 3rd date that the delivery was missed, we cancelled this part of the order!
Keep looking elsewhere!

Unfortunately while it was a lesson learned the hard way, even after months of a less than straight forward transaction, I'd still recommend any place other than here. I know you can't please everyone, but they pleased no one in my circle of family or friends. Local and corporate pulled and supported a sly and dishonest transaction. The only lesson I can offer is don't spend your time or hard earned money here.

Customer service of their delivery very unprofessional and i get 4 weeks straight delivery because every time some of furniture pices come broken, They delivery only Tuesday on my route so i have to take off every Tuesday and still my order was not complet, 1 more delivery so they took 1 month to finish my order, staff in store is really gud but its mismanagement

Stay away. I bought a living room suite that is really uncomfortable and they said once it's in your home it's yours. So the return policy online is not correct it is a NO RETURN POLICY.

Great furniture but horrible delivery service. The folks that came were mad I asked them to not walk on my carpet with their shoes! They didn’t come prepared with anything to put over them so I asked them to remove their shoes and they didn’t want to. One refused. Plus there were no floor cushions offered or used to protect the floors.

Well lighted and clean showroom that is well organized with broad selection. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable without being pushy or hovering like birds of prey. Being in the same parking lot as other furniture stores it was nice to be able to compare prices by just walking next door. If they don't have it in stock they can order it and have several options for delivery. Shopping for furniture is normally not very pleasant but this place takes some of the sting out of it.

Your sales associate Mr. Al Walker made making our purchase for a new living room set a very pleasant experience! He was very knowledgeable, patience and kind! He went over a beyond to ensure I would be completely satisfied with my decision! I have been shopping for a new set for a few months and while visiting your store last week and meeting with Mr. Walker he was my deciding factory for returning to make our purchase today! Thank you Al for this such a wonderful stress free shopping experience!
