4 Heat went out during coldest temps in years and during Christmas, they wanted to charge a $120 “Open the door fee” for a $8 Compasitor and he was already there at the store.
I prob would have paid it had he not already been there…
Another company did it for free… that’s where my business will go!
Don’t trust or give business to anyone this greedy and heartless!
New fridge and oven purchase and install in Feb 2022, but picture is 10 months later, still waiting for return of cabinet doors and wood panel under oven! Great job on the initial install but that satisfaction is diminished by the 10 month delay to complete the job!
One star is a kind review. No service, no follow-up. Nepotism played a big part in their recommended installer.
Canceled my Wolf oven for all the above. It was a total waste of my time.
