Atlas Heating and A/C Inc.completed our seasonal maintenance today. The serviceman was very efficient, completed his work, and informed us about the status of our system. I would highly recommend Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning Inc.for your HVAC needs.

We have been using Atlas Heating and Air for the last four years. We always sign up for their total comfort package which includes spring and fall service and some other perks. I like knowing my units have been cleaned and checked before using them for the season. The technicians are so professional and knowledgeable. They are able to clearly explain any work that needs to be done and any issues they see. They also look out for other basic home owner issues that I might not see since I don't go under my house all the time. I highly recommend Atlas Heating and Air.

We have had a maintenance contract with Atlas for 6 years and are highly satisfied with their service in maintaining our main system. We also purchased a Mitsubishi Mini Split system for a bonus area from Atlas and this was a great solution for that space. This is a company with high integrity and extremely well trained technicians like Ola, that stand behind their equipment, parts, repairs, and services. Ola performed the spring/summer Total Comfort Maintenance to our systems today. He explained things to watch out for, as our main system is aging, and answered every question. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in educating us regarding our systems. We had an emergency repair issue several years ago on a weekend, and the owner provided “extra mile service. ” Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning is a first class company!

I always use Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning. The General Manager always wants things done right the first time. He has very high standards, he is a retired Marine. They arrive on time and work efficiently.

Exceptionally thorough, professional, and nice from start to finish! I have been using only Atlas since its inception, and every person from the bottom to the very top that I have ever encountered has been incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy.

Prompt scheduling after calling for an appointment. Good communication from Danielle on day of service. Very professional. She took the extra time to answer my questions and explain parts of the service/inspection process of our HVAC units. Very satisfied customer. And always happy to support a veteran-owned business!

2016: 100% great experience with Atlas. We have four Heating and A/C units serviced with them and have never been disappointed. Always on time, great prices, and truly concerned about the quality of their work. I used four or five other companies in town before I found Atlas. I'll never use anyone else again. I only wish I'd found Atlas sooner.

2018: Another great service from Atlas. Danielle was exactly on time for the appointment. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions in such a way that it was easy to understand. She listened to our issues and thoroughly presented us with the possible causes and solutions. I felt that she was extremely honest and genuinely cared about providing the best service possible. I have delt with Atlas Heating and Air for multiple problems, routine maintenance and new A/C units. I would recommend Atlas to anyone needing Heating or A/C assistance.

2018: My last old A/C finally died. I already knew that I was going to have Atlas do the work but just out of curiosity I had two other reputable companies stop by and give me a quote. Both companies have been in the area for several decades and do fine work. All three companies including Atlas suggested the same brand and model for the replacement A/C. The difference was between $700 and $1300 dollars more than my quote with Atlas…for the same equipment. Again, top quality service, best price and Atlas didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. They had my furnace and A/C installed in less than seven hours. Thanks again, Atlas.

These guys were amazing. My HVAC went out on a hot July Thursday night. I called Friday morning to see if anyone could come by. Joe came by later on Friday afternoon and checked my system out. He was honest with his assessment and very courteous and professional. He was able to get a replacement unit ordered right before the warehouse closed. He said everything would be changed out, installed, and inspected by noon the next day. Saturday morning Brandon arrived and set to work taking out the old unit and replacing it with the new unit. He went under the house and inspected all of the ductwork to make sure it looked good. When he finally got it all done, he wasn't happy with the flashing between the house and the new unit. He drew up some measurements and had the shop at Atlas custom design the new flashing to fit. It looks great now. I would highly recommend Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. The owner of the business has a top notch team that he should be very proud of. They represent him well.

So, our air conditioner broke down on Saturday night. We called Atlas Heating & Air Inc.on Sunday at 3: 45pm. The technician-on-call, Danielle Ortiz, called back in 2 minutes asking us details about it and said it's most likely leaking freon. She spoke to her manager and then proceeded to tell us that she would come over and add the freon within the next half hour since she did not want us to suffer in the heat. And all this for FREE! We were so moved and impressed by the empathy Atlas Augusta showed us! Goes to show what an amazing company it is with awesome employees like Danielle Ortiz. A big big thank you to the owner, Pat and his amazing team. Ever so grateful!

They always are very nice and helpful at the office and when the technicians come they are quick and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for you. I very much appreciate their great service and the prices are reasonable too!

It was my first experience with Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. Joe came to repair the AC, which stopped working less than a week from a meeting at my house. He was punctual, knowledgeable and his job was superb. And as he promised, he got the needed parts and the AC was repaired on the day of the meeting.

Our trusted realtor referred us to Pat at Atlas to replace our old HVAC. Despite a very busy schedule, Pat immediately made time for us knowing that we were on a tight timeline. Service was fantastic from beginning to end! The new unit works perfectly and he even fixed an issue we had with the other unit (installed by another company) for a very reasonable price. We have dealt with many other HVAC companies in the CSRA over the years and none of them come close to the professionalism, knowledge and service of Pat at Atlas. Atlas could not be more terrific. They were extremely prompt, very courteous and resolved my problems with my AC unit with great efficiency and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone with need of heating or air conditioning service. They also provide a great twice a year check up for an extremely reasonable price and are very thorough in their inspection of your system. I would not even consider calling anyone else in the future.

When my AC was malfunctioning, I called Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning (829 Stevens Creek Rd.) as a second opinion for a very costly repair. Thankfully, the technician -Danielle-fit us in on a Saturday evening in July. She was very thorough in her work and was here almost two hours diagnosing the problem. We ended up replacing our condensing unit through Atlas. It took a few days to be received since it had to be ordered after the weekend and they were able to fit us in pretty quickly once it was received. The new AC unit was installed by Brandon. After 3 weeks, I thought something might be malfunctioning on it so I called the customer service line. Brandon once again came out and took his time to identify the issue and then made the necessary corrections while still on site. I am very pleased with the technicians at Altas. They were very thorough in their assessments and both of them took the time to explain the problem and the solution. Considering I'm not very knowledgeable on HVAC terms, a lot of it is over my head, but I still appreciate that they take the time to try and explain what is wrong and how they plan to fix it. It is important to mention the customer service representative too- I believe her name is Janice? Every time I have spoken with her, I have found her to be professional and very helpful too. I will definitely recommend the services of Atlas!

Atlas Heating and Air installed a Mitsubishi air unit at my house after my old wall A/C system died. Patrick was great at answering my questions for the quote, gave me better options and overall price than the other 3 companies that I got the quote for, and gave me an overall better warranty. His technicians installed the above ceiling A/C unit and it is 100% quieter than my old unit. The technicians that installed were early to complete the work, dressed professionally, and completed all work on time and above the standards I thought for the request. I would recommend Atlas to anyone that would like a good price, for a good unit, installed by quality technicians. Mr. Patrick Cutlip and his crew do a great job!
