I was a customer with Alltel when Verizon bought them and was with them for 15+ years. I decided to switch to AT&T. I haven't had the service but a few days but I needed to let all the world know that the gentleman that served me @ the SAV Victory Dr location was rare. Rare as in that coming across this level of quality of customer service is RARE! He was incredible. 20/10 recommend! Thank You Mr. Williams, for everything you did for me on 3/24/2023. You dont know the impact it had but I sure hope it's returned tenfold to you!

The “ONE” clerk you had in the store was great. There was 4 or 5 customers that needed his help. He handled us well but buying a phone took “2” HOURS! HIRE MORE CLERKS!

Morgan is amazing. She has assisted me and my daughter several times and recognizes us each time.
She is smart, funny, hospitable, professional and super helpful. I would rate her 100 stars if I could!

Its never a good day when you break your iPhone and have to replace it. Morgan was AWESOME, she helped me pick out a new iPhone and some accessories. Thank you Morgan for the amazing customer service!

Stop again at the location on victory drive Savannah Georgia just to make my payment and the staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. The store was clean and there was no wait time

My 86 year old mother with dementia went into the Victory Drive AT&T store on Nov 19,2020 for problems with her land line. Patrick talked her into the best SAMSUNG smart phone they had and disconnected her land line. It was obvious she had no idea how to use a smart phone. When I took her back 4 days later to return it, they charged a $50 restocking fee and refused to waive it. She also received a bill for $138.08 a couple of days later. They definitely took advantage of an elderly lady. I hope they are happy. I am switching my service to another provider.

I had a very difficult time trying to establish service, Morgan was beyond friendly and helpful and polite to not only me but everyone else that came in the store as well. She is awesome.

Frequent this store and I always have perfect service. Prompt, professional, and friendly. I like the teamwork. Thanks guys.

I WANT TO SAY, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS CERTAIN GUY THAT WAS IN THE STORE, BY HIMSELF. NOT ONLY DID HE HELP ME WITH MY NEEDS, HE WAS RESETTING THE STORE, HAD MY PHONE, AND THE NOTE PAD AND THE HAND HELD DEVICE HE USES TO SCAN. ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME IN, INSTEAD OF KEEPING HIM WAITING, HE HELPED HIM AS WELL. HE GRABBED ANOTHER NOTE PAD, AND HAND HELD DEVICE AND STARTED ACTIVATING HIS PHONE TOO. HE DID NOT STRESS OUT, HE HANDLED IT VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND WAS VERY CURTEOUS. IF I COULD RECOMMEND ANYONE IT WOULD BE HIM. HIS NAME IS KEN. I PERSONALLY WAS VERY IMPRESSED. WE ALL NEED TO TAKE NOTES FROM HIM, AND BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED LIKE HE DID. I GIVE IT 5 STARS. HE DESERVES A RAISE AND RECOGNITION. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Employees are courteous and knowledgeable of their job. Very helpful and safe covid free environment.

It took over 2 HOURS just to return a phone! 2 HOURS! TO DO YOUR JOB. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!
