AT&T Store, Cartersville GA

Julie was great! She took her time explaining everything and got me all set up. A couple of other employees assisted her to help with transferring service, setting up cable and internet.

Sandi is an amazing and strong woman! She stayed beside us for 2 hours trying her hardest to walk us out with 2 lines and minimum as possible

Danielle was so helpful and attentive. My phone was taking a while to update and the store was getting busy, but she still found time to make sure I was taken care of. I don’t see that type of work ethic and loyalty to customers hardly anywhere I go anymore. Very happy with my experience

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Braadley, Sandi, & Julie! I was having issues setting up my high-speed internet and was having issues and getting nowhere. I spent more than hours with technical support and was getting frustrated and it was going nowhere. I stopped by my local ATT&T store in Cartersville and all three representatives pitched in for 2 hours and resolved my issues. I highly recommend the three of them and really appreciate all the help and assistance today. They are the best and provided SUPERIOR customer service today. Thanks again Team for helping correct the problem.

Avery was so friendly and helpful she help get my mama mother a new flip phone the only kind she can use, it was a fun visit hope to see her again when I go back, we left the store satisfied and laughing

Sales rep Justin was super helpful and informative. We were able to get discounts with his help was on point. I recommend him and this location. (He was also training a new team member and was very patient with her) great job Justin.

Sandi was awesome. She was new and would get help if she wasn't sure about something. That only happened like twice though. She was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Very excited for our new phones!

Also, Malik helped us the visit prior and was super helpful too!

Didn't have a good experience with this store. I went in to add another phone to my account and keep the same number from another carrier. I was there for about 3 hours and I left because they couldn't this process to work. Don't know if it was lack of experience or just didn't know how. Wesley didn't get any help from the manager. Went to the Acworth store and Ceighin got it done in less than an hour. 5 stars for the Acworth store.

Cashier: Juliet T did a phenomenal job. I was in a hurry on my birthday when I came in. I came in, she took care of my phone needs right away and was even able to point me in the direction of the new phone case I’m currently using on my phone. She did a great job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on servicing my phone. She deserves more than a 5 star review.

I went in today to pay my cable bill and was there for a good 30 minutes without any of the workers coming up to me. I was overlooked many times and noticed they helped people who came in way after me. This makes the second time this has happened at this location.

Enjoyed my experience…had to upgrade my phone and they were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait long for service…they got me squared away and I actually ended up saving money on my monthly bill…killed two birds with one stone

Avery at AT&T in Cartersville was amazing giving us all the information about all the unanswered questions we had.we had a blast at learning new iPhones and service and what they provide 5G service and video pictures amazing I love this place everyone far and near please come give them some love

This store is the worst store a person could ever go to for service. My husband and I have received nothing but dishonesty since we walked in the door of the At&t store in Cartersville, GA. The only we we could truly receive help was calling the help desk, and a lady named Alexis finally got us answers. I hope anyone that sees this will make sure to go to the next At&t store down the road it will be worth the gas mileage, and your time. Also please do not think of this as one person, because when I tell you they screwed us over, and wasted our time they truly did. I had to find out that everything they promised was a lie.

The employees here can't be beat. Bradley (?) worked so hard and saved our info on our phone. All of the other employees were so friendly and helpful.

I have been in twice previously dealing with issues on the My ATT app and two different accounts. TODAY Avery fixed it All. She is the only red head in the store and has a delightful bubbly personality but most of all she knows what she is doing. She is efficient. She is very knowledgeable and in less than 10 minutes resolved everything. Go to ATT in Cartersville and ask for Avery!

Avery was awesome in helping us switch over to a new account, new services with better prices, and upgrade me to a new phone for nothing!

I have been having issues with my phone showing multiple viruses. I took it to the Calhoun store, there were 3 employees there with no customers, but no one had any ideas what to do, basically gave me no hope for my phone at all. The virus warnings increased and I feared the phone was about to just shut down.
I decided to try taking it to the Cartersville AT&T store, where I met with Marcus Allen. In a matter of minutes, he had my phone clean and performing as it should. And explained what I should avoid to keep it from happening the future. Marcus was super professional and knowledgeable in his trade. I cannot say enough positive things about this young man. I was so sure I was going to be losing all my valuable pictures or have to do a factory reset. He made my day!
