AT&T Store, Dalton GA

I went to get a new phone one day and the service was great. A guy named Xavier helped me out with picking a new one and let me tell you he was very knowledgeable of the devices they had, I was impressed. It helped me make my decision very easy. The phone plan was very good too.

Was just given AMAZING service by Dandy and Angel. They helped me chose my new phone, transfer all my apps and info, and set up the new phone. They even had to stay after closing, unfortunately. These guys are why I stay with AT&T, not the company. It is the dedication of these men that make me stay.

After visiting 3 separate stores to try to get information about my account only to be told that they couldn't do it; I finally came across this store and an EXCEPTIONAL employee that was able to help me gain the information i needed from my account. The associate who went above and beyond to help get me the information i had been trying all day to obtain was named Michael. I am not sure of his last name but he was very helpful and patient with me even though i was extremely frustrated because of the whole ordeal i had ran into in trying to solve my issues. Excellent service and understanding in this man. Thank you so much Michael for your understanding and exceptional service!

All about the $$$$$$$$$$$ and the customer service is shotty. The AT&T "reset" our new phone and said it was done and he went outside to smoke. He was upset when he made every effort to upsell and we kept saying NO! The MANAGEMENT WAS NO HELP and we had to call corporate for resolution.

The person that attended us was great and very patient! He was very informative and helpful. Really happy with everything!

Great location to buy from.ask for Christian Olvera he's awesome! I used to buy all my family phones at Best Buy in Chattanooga until last Christmas when I found my new go to place. I bought 3 phones for my kids on Christmas from AT&T store in Dalton from Christian and another phone for me yesterday.
Great quick in and out sales!
