Went in to upgrade my daughters iPhone to the 14. Was told that her line was too new to upgrade so what I needed to do was cancel her line and add a new line. Juan said I would need to call AT&T immediately to do this. Called them this morning and they said if I cancel the line I would lose the promotion for the new iPhone and would have to pay full price. They said the agent should have known better than to tell me I could cancel the line. Now I am stuck paying for a line I am not using. Would not have purchased this had I of known

Wow! Let me just say.this store is an 11/10! I’ve had an issue with my account for over the past year that none of the AT&T stores could fix. I’ve went to all the stores in Athens, Dacula, Lawrenceville, Buford, and duluth with no resolution! Today I went into this location in Bethlehem and within 10 minutes Ashton had my issue resolved and taken care of! Moving forward this will be the ONLY store I will ever go to. I was greeted with a smile and you could really tell that Ashton wanted to help me get my problem resolved. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

There are always 2 sides to every story, don't listen to the negative reviews.this store is one of the best at&t stores i've ever been in.ashton was super awesome and got all of my needs taken care of in no time!

Time for an upgrade, so I went into the store. The young man who greeted me quickly revealed his incompetence, gave me different quotes on the same phones for trade-in repeatedly changing his story and never getting the facts straight. He removed my screen protector to assess the condition of the screen. But, when there was no upgrade available, and no other employee in the store willing to help, I decided to keep my same phone. Salesman put my screen protector back on without cleaning the screen first or removing any bubbles thus creating a mess for which he expressed no regret. When I asked for a replacement screen protector, he rudely refused, and would not even get me something to clear out the bubbles on my screen protector. He truly seemed to not care at all. AT&T needs to educate their staff at this store on people skills and customer service.

Slowest service ever.
Don't bother calling them either.
They don't pick up, just sends you too Att customer NO SERVICE!
UPDATE, NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

We spent approximately 1.5 hours with Juan this morning. Juan was patient, and very willing to help resolve our issues. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and informative regarding additional benefits that we might take advantage of. Thank you Juan!

Awful experience here. Ordered a phone online and just needed to pick it up. Went at 7pm and most of the lights were off which is an odd vibe. Someone named Juan was helping someone and offered to help us. I told him he could finish with his current customer but he insisted. I advised what we needed and he worked to process it. He said we were all good and handed me a phone. It was the other persons phone. Upon giving it back he said there was an issue and I owed another $70 which I already paid online and had proof of. He said there was nothing he could do except take more money and I’d have to dispute the amount with my bank. For their error! I asked if he could call att back office and he said no. The employees stated there was nothing they could do. I either had to leave with my old phone or give them another $70. So we left with our old phone. Once we got 10 minutes away we found our old phone didn’t work. He’d already switched it and deactivated the old phone. I tried to call the story and they picked up the phone and hung up on me or just let it ring about 10-15 times. They ended up closing before I could get back so I got to spend 1.5 hours on the phone with ATT getting it fixed.   Now I’ve got to start this whole upgrade over. Spent over 3 hours trying to upgrade. I’d order from another store if at all possible.

My wife and I visited Saturday morning. We were promptly greeted and told we would be seen shortly as another employee was clocking in.

We stood by and waited for our turn. Another couple came in 5 minutes after us. They were told the same thing We were.

A few minutes go by, someone goes up to them and starts serving them before us. Why take my name and phone number if you were going to skip me. Decided to go with Sprint. Sorry, you lost my business.

Cole, the Manager, at the Bethelhem, Ga location, has been so kind and helpful, showing me how to use certain features on my phone. I haven't found this helpful at other ovations, at all. Superb customer service with this awesome Manger, Cole.

Keorie was amazing! She took action on getting everything we need to have done done. Amazing at multi tasking when other customers entered the building. Highly recommend this sales rep to friends and family.

I switched from T-Mobile and it was the best choice I’ve ever made! Cole the manager is great at his job and very in tune with his team. D. C the assistant manager personally set me up & he made sure everything went smooth and got me out the store in a timely manner 100% satisfied.

The process of upgrading a phone was quick and easy. When I went back to trade-in the old phone, Ki and DC were great! There were some issues with the old phone and they were able to clear those up and get me the top trade-in value for the phone. I cannot say enough good things about the experience with these two.

For 92 days 2 hours 3 minutes and 7 seconds I have had a whole in my heart. A void of a home and family I will be the first to admit I have felt lost in a world of darkness. It wasn’t until the Colin’s hill AT&T should me pure unfiltered love and offered me a safe haven from this cruel cruel world. Again my heart was wrenched to find the manager had been moved to a new location. For countless days and late nights I have spent my time tracking him down. Many a-tee and tee stores later and I have found him, the fearless leader I have searched so long for. I have never known customer service such as this and I have even given the manager my great grandmother mashed potato recipe. I have never felt truly home before I have stepped foot into this a-tee and tee store but I shed happy tears knowing I have finally arrived home again. Bellow I have included the image of me baking my great grandmothers treasured mashed potatoes for my fearless leader.

The staff is awesome. DC the Assistant Manager is exceptional and will go to the ends of the earth to meet your needs. Keorie is off the charts with her knowledge and customer service skills. Grant is ok. Chris is intelligent and exceptional as well.to bad Cellularworld is unethical in there practices. Winder AT&T is a great place to meet great people who can take care of your wireless needs the right way and get you the best deal for your needs. Go see them. Just don’t deal with the area manager. She’s a snake! I thank her though. Cause if I wasn’t for her I’d still be there undervalued and unappreciated. P. S.it’s your ship now Trickle hope it works out for you bro.
