I only chose 4 instead of 5 because the person who helped me seemed confused and repeatedly needed help from a manager.i'd like to go to the places of business i pay for and feel assured that my money is being well spent.i appreciate clarity and people who understand what they're doing and how to do it.i'm spending $215 a month on phones alone, and now an added $80 for the wi fi… i don’t want to go back to this location and wonder if i’m making the best decisions, i want to be sure i am.

I tried to order a phone online, by chat, by phone and finally went in and they started me a new order. But yet it still did not go thru. I called them and they said I had to come back in. I have been a customer for over 25 years but am definitely looking for a new carrier.

Yesterday I was on the phone with AT&T technical support for 6 hrs trying to get the Wi-Fi to work on my both my lines. The technician was unable to assist me. The technician played around with the IEMI numbers and made so many changes to my account that it shut down both of my phone lines and I was without phone service for 16 hrs until the next day. The technician had disconnected both of my lines from At&t towers. I came into The at&t store in Covington and I was furious. I was successfully assisted by representative Jesse who was able to restore my service even after technical support told him that there was nothing they could do; that I would have to switch to another phone carrier company or wait for my ticket to be answered. I am a RN and have patients at home on ventilators and oxygen machines who have not heard from me since yesterday and I’m suppose to be logged on. I just wanted to recommend Jesse for a supervisor position in technical support bc he solved my phone issue even when technical support supervisor at At&t could not do it!

Customer service is a very big deal to me and Covington Ga. AT&T Store Rep's Nate, Burgundy, and Justin tagged team their knowledge and created a master piece solution that met my expectations and I was very satisfied.

Justin is an amazing customer service agent. I am the problem adult here. Altogether, I think Justin spent about 8 hours with my husband and I. I changed carriers, bought a new phone, combined three AT&T accounts, and ported over two phones for my ch-adults that live in another state. He was very knowledgeable and able to get this all worked out without any hiccups from his side. However, I did not bring my former account info and passcode (probably cost about an hour) and he patiently waited. I did not clear my phone first or have my gaming profile info to port my games over. The data transfer took 4 hours (ran errands and went to dinner). I still had to take my old phone home and get my games synced up. The store wifi limits access, so do this before you go, bring a Hotspot, or be prepared before you go. I interacted with four team members overall, and everyone was efficient and friendly. However, it was mainly Justin and he is really great at his job!

I got really GREAT costumer service from Justin. Helped me with a new phone for me and my mother along with accessories, he even got me savings on my account. I will be coming back in the future. Awesome ppl

I would like to thank a young man named Jason who patently and professionally accessed me transfer my data from my old phone to my new one (witch I did not purchase at the store) thank you very I couldn't have done it without his help

I went into the store last Friday, and I was having a really tough day. Not only was Leylah extremely helpful, but she was understanding of my needs and she can help me way within my budget! I would highly recommend the store and their kind and professional staff! If you have any questions or concerns, these are the people you need to see!

Justin was amazing! He came in early to help me and my husband switch carriers. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Our bill now is half of what it was before with better service and new phones.

Had a fairly quick, courteous, and professional encounter with Justin as we troubled shoot and diagnosed my phone, and the same as the decision was made in trading my phone for a new one & with some better features.
