I was in the store a few weeks back trying to resolve a dispute that AT&T admittedly made by disconnecting my business phone service in error. Apparently AT&T took my cell phone payment and applied it to my internet service instead. Therefore disconnecting my business phone line for a period of 24 hours. I went into my local AT&T office and was met with total disregard nor concern for an error made by AT&T. The manager didn’t apologize and pretty much literally sat back comfortably in his chair and told me he wasn’t making any phone calls on my behalf to assist me with this issue. He suggested I call them at home…My office is off… The manager had a very nonchalant attitude nasty disposition and displayed an unprofessional approach to my problem. To date I am still trying to get my refund for the $35 reconnect fee they had the nerve and audacity to bill me. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT…needless to say I DO NOT GO TO this location anymore to handle any business of importance.
I went in about 3: 30 on a Monday afternoon and was waited on immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Demi the manager assisted us and was excellent. He hooked us up with exactly what we wanted, and all of the other staff were very helpful and friendly as well.
The staff here are lazy and not helpful or knowledgeable they would try anything I asked when att in snellville and everything was great
The rep was attentive and provided me with the solutions I needed. He was able to inform me of my status and upgrade that status to reflect the current standards.
This location is awful, I've had a phone be lost by this location and they prefer you to call customer service and wait hours to play ring around the rosey.
