AT&T Store, Athens GA

We went to the AT&T store in Athens to add a line and buy a new phone. Maddie greeted us at the door and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her job. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful.
The whole process was quick and easy.

Tee was amazing. All 3 of us got upgrades. Tee took care of everything and answered every question. We were out in less then 90 minutes. Thank you Tee for your professionalism and smiles.

Edwin and the staff made me feel taken care of even when the customer support could not. My review would have been one star if not for the amazing staff!

The manager of the store (Wilfredo) was awesome! I am a manager myself and watching him multitask, lead his team, greet brew arriving guests all while never making us feel un-helped or unimportant, it was truly impressive.
We got what we came for and in way less time than we thought we would.

Madi smith was wonderful. She was able to resolve my complicated issues with out hesitation. Atnt needs more employees like her. Wow Madi great job. Ps atnt needs to promote her to management.

Raj was so helpful, we entered the store thinking we had problems with our phones and would have to upgrade. We were told at 2 other AT&T store's we just needed new phone's. Raj took the time to work with us and show us our phones were fine, at one point I said we were old he said no you are just uninformed. He went into our account and updated our information and saved us money. Raj is wonderful.

They did not give me a solution to my problem and they have little tact to treat their clients
