AT&T Store, Canton GA

JR came by my house to help me set up my Direct TV and I am so pleased! He explained everything but he didn’t make me feel dumb. I felt like I was family! Thank you JR.

First off the staff is super attentive and acknowledge you right when you walk in the door. We went on a busy Saturday, and we needed to switch our phone carrier and get new phones. The wait wasn't long and Junior was able to help us pick the right plan and phones for us. Junior was also great at jumping back and forth helping everyone he could. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left and was willing to help anyway he could. Would recommend this store for sure!

I visited this location today and immediately as I walked in the door, Junior was quick to help me. He was very informative and detailed in helping me figure out which options best fit my needs from start to finish. I feel as if I truly got the best deal I could have asked for, thanks to Junior. Awesome customer service skills. 10/10 and would definitely recommend anyone to this store.

Junior was very professional and helped me upgrade to a new phone. I was also in and out the store very quickly which was a plus. 10/10 customer service!

I had a very great experience at this store! The manager Bradley was helpful and very funny. He runs a tight ship, but it was a fun environment as well. The sales associate that helped me get everything set up was so sweet. I did not catch her name, but she was only two weeks into the job and was doing great. She asked her manager questions as need and was very attentive.

If I could, I would leave zero stars! Walked in at 7: 30pm to do an upgrade on my phone and get a new watch.
Jesus didn’t even greet us. He just seemed in a rush. Jesus shouldn’t even be doing sales. Not a people person and was rude.

I ended up walking out at 7: 50 PM because I had had enough.

Kenisha was absolutely amazing during my recent visit to the canton location. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend her and hope to work with her again!

The customer service was amazing at this location. I went in and was pleasantly greeted by Jami and Madeline. They both were very attentive and helpful. As I browsed the store they were servicing other customers with smiles. When I was ready, they both answered questions and took their time to explain all the details in regards to my purchase. This is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had at an AT&T store.

This store has the most amazing reps. Very knowledgeable about everything and meets you at the door with a smile and an energy that's very welcoming.

Been AT&T customer for over 30 years. Came to store 6-23-2023 to trade for Galaxy 23+ and purchase Galaxy A54 and new phone plans. Store personnel revealed later phones were NOT available at store, informed phones would be delivered to residence in 1 to 2 days. Today, 6-26-2023, Fedex has yet to receive phones to ship. Called AT&T Corporate and agent acted concerned over how I was treated and would investigate matter. We'll see.

I HATE that I switched from Tmobile to AT&T. But mostly I hate that I was lied to about my trade-in value and my monthly payment. Never again. I am tempted to just pay this phone off and switch back. I can't believe I got scammed. They really make you feel like they're giving you good service. Tmobile is far more superior.
