My boyfriend and I went to this location to try to buy two new phones. There was a sign on the door saying they would be back from "lunch" at 4 pm. We waited after 4pm for almost 20 minutes and no one showed up and the door was still locked. I see this is a very common occurrence at this location which is really unfortunate.

Before I came to the store I called to see what time they closed the lady said 6. I came pulled in the door and it was locked. I called back again and someone answered the phone and I said I came to the store and the door was locked she proceed to ask if there was a sign on the door I said no. She says they probably went to lunch! Ma’am it’s 4pm yall close at 6 are you serious! This is not the first time this has happened when I’ve came and the door was locked. This place will never get my business! I rather go to a different location

I came to this location a couple days ago to purchase my new phone. My other phone screen messed up. I decided to get a new a Samsung Flip 5 and they were able to transfer all of my stuff over, and help me recover my passwords, and were just all around patient with me and shows me how to use it. I highly suggest coming to see Alexis at the Sandy Plains store.

Bad customer service! I went to ask about the discount that a guy told me that I would get with my internet contract that I never got it and they did not solve anything, the lady at front desk was not friendly at all and she did bad customer service! Never recommend this place and AT&T service! The any help I received from the lady at front desk that I need call to customer service.

I am a new customer (2 years) to ATT after 20 years of Sprint. While the website and 800# can be maddening as hell, I have been to this store several times the past week with questions about my new S23+ and worked with Dimitry. I had an issue with My Music not transferring from my LG to the S23 and he knew exactly what the best fix was. Knowledgable, fast, and a great personality for a CSR. Keep him around because the good ones often move on!

The customer service rep was very quiet during the whole set up. She didn't ask me any questions. She set up everything on her own. She set me up for the most expensive plan with the most expensive things. Which would have great but I told her that, that plan was not the one I came in for. I have to go to a different store to get this resolved. She wasn't very unfriendly and impatient as being young I didn’t know all information off the top of my head. While waiting she didn’t talk she sat there on her phone the whole time. The rep entered in the wrong information as I told her that I had moved recently and she still put the address that is on my license. Also, the male rep was not pleasant to be around as he didn’t smell very nice. He was also was eating and smacking his food when he was sitting right in front of me. I am very upset with this franchise and will not ever be going back to this store.

I visited this store monday of last week and there was this one employee who smelled really awful, it made me gag so bad i had to leave and was not able to purchase the new phone i wanted bc of it

Overall ok but only 1 person in the store and 3 customers. I was buying a phone. We are all in there for at least an hour more

We came in this evening with a mobile data issue. Coming in that late, the rep could have easily dismissed us but Jamiyah went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue before closing. Well done and thanks, Jemiyah!
