Very nice sales people but I must warn of same old expensive plans on pro Mos! What did you expect?
I was pleased with everyone's courtesy and helpfulness, especially the gentleman who worked quickly and thoroughly to switch my service to AT&T from another carrier. I couldn't see except out of one eye and he explained everything.it was a refreshing experience.

The AT&T store in Jefferson is always wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and will help you buy a phone or solve a problem quickly.
I wish I could remember his name but he was so kind and very helpful as I had two kids under 5 with me. He pulled me over to a table and was able to get me an IPhone 14 within minutes since my IPhone 13 lost touch capability. I love it and it was easy to go home and set everything up like he stated if people would wait til they get home with Wi-Fi and a charger with all your logins and verification accounts then it's very easy. Everything transferred from my iCloud with nothing missing. Thank you again!

They were great, fixed my problem. They also got rid of things I didn't need. I always know they will help me no matter how messed up my phone is.
The service here was amazing! James was so very helpful and kind. I suddenly lost my phone and was desperately trying to hunt one down. I visited several stores prior to this one and had a bad experience at each. They were all offering me a promotion that had expired the day before and sent me all over town looking for the phone I wanted but wasn’t in stock. I was so happy to come to the Jefferson store and find that they had several options in stock, and the people here were so friendly and eager to help. It had been a really bad day, and their incredible customer service helped to turn it around. I give them 10 out of 10 and I am very appreciative for their help!
