15Even 1 star is 1 too many. I came in with a SIM card issue with my router, and plans to transfer 3 lines over from my provider, and add a new line to my existing 4 lines with AT&T. They wpuld have been 8 total lines with AT&T, with 2 new phone purchases. Bless their hearts. The customer service line as well as the store associate and manager couldn't figure it out. As a result, I canceled 3 of my 4 lines with AT&T. From the store, I called another provider and within 5 minutes they were shipping me a SIM card for my router. Do better.
They get swamped and people really come with the mess of attitude they can't fix up everything and you guys need to get your money right before you get there you probably solve a lot of problems that way good job you guys
This only actual AT&T store in Augusta. If I would have went here originally I may have still been a customer. But after dealing what I was told was an actual store but was a reseller. My experience with the 800 customer service and even the fact that local management at the store had to tell the operator and walk them through how to do their job is why I’ve left after 2 days. Shout out to the manager for doing an astounding job. BZ!

Chandler & team solved an Apple phone watch activation. Two other ATT locations failed to get the watch activated. Chandler verified our bill’s. Accuracy. We recommend this location for excellent service from each employee on duty.
I Have Been When This Company For Quite Sometime Now It’s Always A GREAT Experience Until I Goes In And Runs Into The Most Rude Unhelpful Red Head Lady Name Tay Please Avoid Her If You Need Help In Anyway She Was Bullying Her Co Workers And Talking About The Customers Sooo Nasty Right In My Face Completely Distasteful She Definitely Has The WRONG Job I Just Have Been in Complete Shock!

My sister came in to find out about a replacement phone after hers was destroyed in a car accident. The young man seemed uninterested in assisting her after realizing he wouldn’t get a sell out of her. Not only is she dealing with the aftermath of her accident and surgery, your employee failed to properly assist or show compassion for her current condition. Please educate your employees on proper customer service whether a sell is involved or not as they are the face of your company.

Everette was amazing, attentive and all around a friendly guy. He was well informed on the details of plans, prices and was able to answer our questions clearly to our understanding.
He listened to what we wanted and didn't make us feel rushed or pressured to do anything other than desired.

Poor experience recently I spent a good deal of money to pay off and upgrade two phones plus added a line and brought promotional items (screen protectors and chargers) went back a few days later and was treated like I was asking them for a favor. Customer rep was rude and she was blatantly not willing to help me as if I had done something to her personally. Tryed to give me less for my trade in as if she was paying me out of pocket just a complete off moment and I was already dealing with a bad dilemma. Ended up going home and calling and they were more helpful I think this will be my last hurrah with ATT but I will never give the Wrightsboro Road store my business anymore
Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I walked out in tears after trying to get a simple problem solved, and couldn’t believe the poor quality of customer service I received. If you are looking for an ATT store in the area, do yourself a favor and go to the Grovetown location instead.
Awesome service while me and mom got her a new phone. Employee was friendly and charismatic. Overall we continue to enjoy At&T as we have for 9 years now.
