15 Went in to get phone upgrades. We were signed up for multiple services - protection plans and NextUp - without our permission. We were never asked about these services and they were added on to up the store sales.

Love AT&T but super slow customer service at this location. The girl helping the people in front of us made the man she was assisting type in his own information because she couldn’t be bothered for him to spell a slightly challenging name. She then proceeded to tell him “try to say my name” and he took the bait and asked what it was and it was just Keisha. It was bizarre. Anyways it was super passive aggressive then she was like “alright I need to take a break be back in ten! ” And left us waiting for 35 minutes until she even walked back in from the back, walked out the front door, spit on the ground in front of the door of the at&t store and left. Still not acknowledging us but the male worker did after she walked out. Super disappointed in our experience until Ari took over and helped us and the couple in front of us. He was awesome and professional and helpful.
So I went on last month to cancel my Internet service, I was told it was canceled at this location! It was not canceled. I had returned the equipment as agreed on.the worst company for Internet! Caution ️

My bill went up and the hot spots were actually cell phone numbers that were sold as hot spots. I feel like they were not honest with me, so I am changing my review. The sales person should have been more knowledgeable. Instead my billed doubled with a partial charge that went up to $915. That is crazy when I only went in to see if my new phone arrived.
I enjoyed my services from this store, Sharr was a great salesman She got me AT&T fiber plus a $300 gift card! My experience was phenomenal 10/10 I'll recommend this location!

One month ago I visited this store because my phone battery had died. The salesperson without my authorization added three business phone lines to my new phone that I purchased that day and I was billed several hundred dollars. After going back to the store to get the issue undone a day after I originally visited the store he told me to call 611 to get it resolved. For the last month, we’ve had several hours of calls to AT and T and the issue has never been resolved. The AT and T store in Tucker, Ga told me that their store is a corporate one but this location on Church Street in Decatur is a storefront whatever that means. They are actually another mobile company authorized to run the store for AT and T according to the Tucker store. Long story short, no one has owned our problem and staff in the store just tell me to call 611 which we’ve done several times and this never helps. Finally, when AT and T reversed the charges on my phone (which took several calls), my phone was shut down and I could do nothing. I guess my phone was tied to these bogus phone lines tied to my account and when AT and T shut down the bad lines my good number was shut down with it. Simply put, I’ll be changing carriers as my next move. Enough is enough.
Avoid this store and the storefront fraud that is taking place as they are giving customers unauthorized services and then billing them for several hundred dollars. That was my experience! It’s been a nightmare!
Horrible management and terrible experience. I bought an expensive iPhone with a $40 screen protector warranty that allows you to return to the store and replace the screen protector for an additional $8 whenever it breaks. Well, of course the screen protector breaks a lot. Several times, I returned, paid the $8 and got a new one. Today I went in to replace it again and was told by new management that this screen protector policy was "wrong" and so they will no longer honor it, without the original screen protector box or receipt (!). They said the former manager and also "a lot of stores" do it the "wrong" way and honor the $8 agreement by simply looking it up in your account, but no longer this store! The mistake was with the store, so I asked her to honor the agreement that was given to me. No dice- the burden of the policy misunderstanding by ATT employees is now put on the customer to shoulder. Somehow a billion dollar company tossing their mistakes onto me isn't sitting well. Will never return and considering switching out of ATT completely.
The two girls working were great. Helped get me in and out with a new phone after mine died.
I came here with a network issue and left paying a bill that wasn't due and still have the same network issue. I was lied to when I returned after finding out my bill wasn't due just yet. I was told that I would have to call AT&T customer service to get a refund, just to be told by CS that the store is the ONLY way I would be able to get a refund. I refuse to go up there a third time. Beside the incompetence the male employees behalf I felt like this was a money grab.instead doing honest business I see it was about stats and commission. In all of my 15 plus years with AT&T I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I only wanted my service fixed. Honesty is the best policy! This was a shameful act! Do better or just leave!
I came in to add device to a line, and was told through CS AND the manager that I would be able to purchase a phone same day. Upon arrival the ladies were rude, didn’t make no contact until I actually walked up to counter after she was done dealing with guest. She then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to purchase device because I was added a user that same day. I asked her when I would be able to, she says 24hrs, then 48hrs then changes it to a WHOLE BILLING CYCLE. So I called CS again and they really confirmed that she was lying and There is no time limit on purchasing a device after adding an authorized user.
Anyways I left and went to the AT&T on Ponce de Leon and got my new iPhone 14 pro max …if they didn’t want my $200 that’s all they could said…. I said all This to say, I hope the manager or owners see the this and understand that those employees are intentionally turning business away.
