Always the best experience with this location! The staff makes you feel so welcome and eager to answer any questions you may have.
If there was an option to give more than 5 stars, I would. Mike was extremely helpful when I went to the store. He made the process of getting me added to a plan and getting a new phone easy and smooth. I was very happy with the service provided, and I would definitely shop there again.
Had a quick and easy experience, needed to add a new phone for my daughter. It went well and was able to start and finish at the store!

I switched to Att from T-Mobile a few weeks ago, every employee was very kind and helpful when it came to making the switch and picking out the devices I wanted to purchase.
Have to run up there from time to time when my son gives me $$$ to pay his bill. They are always attentive & courteous.
Had a great time here they helped me with all of the issues and was able to get me a new phone and the employee was able to help me save some money along with getting a replacement phone adding lines and many other ways
Customer service is good. The store needs a major face lift. Those chairs are safety hazards.

The gentleman that was there named Jontay was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones and plans need a phone then go there and have him take care of you.
I visited this store to switch from boost mobile and I will say this is definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! Jontay was extremely patient and knowledgeable he made switching over a breeze!
