Went in at&t in Kingsland GA today September 18th between 12: 45 and 1: 45pm. Ms. Michelle was soooooo HELPFUL, and VERY PATIENT with me. There was also another Lady in there too, sorry I didn't get your name sweetie, but she was just as kind. Thank you Ladies from AT&T in Kingsland GA.
Amazing visit with the transfer from Verizon to ATT. The ladies working that day were more than responsive and assisted with all the questions and welcomed us. So glad we made the switch and got to meet an amazing staff.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone today after my old one started having issues. I was bracing myself for an expensive, frustrating headache, but Jacob made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and the pricing was all fair. The whole experience took about an hour. This was probably my best experience ever getting a new phone!
Cannot say enough good about Danielle B! She went way above and beyond to help us purchase and setup new phones! She suggested going to Dollar General and purchasing prepaid AT&T phones because $600 each for two news phones for 80+ seniors just was not in our budget. Because of her suggestion, we did not have to close or change our current account. She spent a great deal of time setting up the new phones, transferring contacts, and showing us how to use them. The young lady is the absolute best!
Cheyanne was amazing, very informative, and helped us every step of the way. Will highly recommend this store. Great staff and very friendly environment!
