AT&T Store, Douglasville GA

I went into the store on December 23,2023 to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 15+. I was told at the time there was a promotion in my bill would only be charged an extra $5.99 per month. I went last week to add a line and another upgrade on my account and found out that the sales person that helped me did not give me the promotion. Nor did he tell me about the upgrade fee of $35 increasing my bill from $56-$83 per month! I hope the new employee named Caden will be retrained, so this does not happen to someone else.

What ever you do I would avoid this store and the hwy 5 store. I went into the store to change services. I talked with the store manger and he convinced me to switch. I turned in my old phone and they gave have me 800 dollars. Two months latter they pulled the 800 dollars and tell me the store manger is no longer there and I just need to pay it. They are rude and give you the run around and DO NOT STICK TO THERE WORD so be careful

Hannah the employee didn’t even pull up my account.told me they didn’t have anything i asked for.stereotyped me when my sister has been with ATT for over 10 years.she’s white.i’m black.and i will never be back.

Kadin was a great help! Store was busy he came in to work and helped clear it and solved my problems! Will be back!

Great service and support the entire staff at this location are terrific. I absolutely enjoyed my experience and will be going back there for my service needs. Thanks ladies for your time and attention

It's a 4 as of now, Lemon was excellent with customer service over the phone. I'm sure when I make my way up there the 4 will jump to a 5!

I went the store to port in a phone from metro and the young lady who did it messed it up and the service was not successful. I went back in 3 days later and dealt with Garrick and he was amazing. He was so patient with us. He made every phone called he could to make sure we was happy. He would NOT let us leave that store without trying every thing he could to fix the issue that the first young lady messed up. Thank you Gary Garrick. Please keep him on the team. He is absolutely amazing

Wow is all I can say about my experience in this AT&T store. The manager Garrick is awesome and his staff is amazing. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by not 1 but every rep in the store and Garrick came from the back to personally introduce himself and make sure that I was going to be taken care of. This is Customer Service extreme which is rare in todays world. I got new service and was even convinced to add a couple watches to my account which I definitely wasn’t planning on doing but they were so convincing and it was a great deal as a BOGO. To top it off Joshua the rep that assisted me even gave me a gift bag of goodies. AT&T I’d just like to say Great Job! I am a customer for life (hopefully) and this will be my new all time favorite store location. I just wish that I could give 10 stars instead of 5

The best AT&T store in Douglasville. If I could give a 10 star rating about my recent experience at the store I would. The staff and manager Garrick were amazing. As a 28 year career military guy I'm pretty set in my ways of how I feel things should be. I like order and discipline. Just watching how the manager carried himself made me even ask what branch he served in. To my surprise he said "neither" and "I just like order" and that's how this store was "In order" I will never visit another AT&T store if i don't have to.

Garrick and Hannah were awesome! They answered all my questions and even gave recommendations. We will, definitely, be returning and telling others!

The manager burenadett was very helpful and nice helping get the right plan and phones. It has been the best store service we have received from the att stores.
