AT&T Store, Bonaire GA

I came in with what should have been an easy task (switching service from one Apple Watch to another) but for some reason the new watch just wasn’t connecting. Journey was absolutely the most helpful, friendly, patient, and thorough sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of assisting me. The problem literally took hours to resolve, even being on the phone with tech support. Not only did Journey make sure that my issue was resolved, he still was able to take care of all his customers while I was waiting on the tech phone support. Another young lady was there in the afternoon and she was very friendly and helpful. I’ve only had to come in for help a couple of times to this store but they have been the friendliest and most efficient staff.

I came into AT&T this morning not having a clue about getting on a plan, khareem took very great care of me, answered all of my questions, got me set up with a new phone and even helped me pick out the accessories! He definitely made my first experience the best!

Khareem was very patient and informative towards my learning. Please put him in line for a raise.

The store associate named Journey did a fantastic job today during our visit. He was extremely helpful and gave us wonderful customer service. Throughout the process of our service (for my mother and I), he made sure to explain to us what he was doing to help us and worked in a timely manner. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

I was very stressed with a billing issue when I arrived at the store and Kevin was very patient and helped me figure it all out. The problem was solved and Kevin reassured me from the start that it would be.

Kareem was the only employee in the store at the time and he was still so kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this location if I need help in the future.

If I would give 10 stars I would Tyreke was very nice and sweet. I only came in to upgrade my phone and ended up getting a new watch that I love so much.after discussing about my bill and getting it lower he told me about some great promotions and deals that I couldn’t pass up on coming here today really saved me a lot of money. I loved my experience at AT&T on hwy 96, I had the most amazing sales associate Tyreke. He was so caring and he worked with my budget. I came in with a crisis and left out with an experience that was amazing. He relieved me of all stress of not having a phone and gave me so much more. Thank you so my my cellphone hero Tyreke.

Tyreke was absolutely amazing today in assisting me with phone upgrade and transferring all my information! He told me about specials and I was even able to get some Christmas gifts knocked out! Truly amazing customer service!
