AT&T Store, Valdosta GA

The person was trying to charge me more. He was using his phone to compute how much he will charge me. This is not corporate store. The person won't show what he was doing on the tablet to order. In corporate store, they are transparent. They show how much I will pay.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with att or any store. I will be retiring to speak with the manager soon and asking for corporate number.

I went into the AT&T store to see about upgrading my phone with no intention of purchasing anything, but in talking with the representative, and pulling up my account, he was able to actually explain to me what phone and services I can get from my previous plan he was very helpful and I appreciate it.

I would not recommend this store to anyone who is not already very familiar with ATT’s signup for wireless plans or how the return policies work. Especially if you are not certain or are clear on ALL the charges after the rep has explained to you ALL charges you will be billed for beyond the service plan (i.e, taxes and fees, insurance fee and/or device (phone) fees, which can add up to possibly 46.00 or more before the service charge) or if you decide you are simply just not happy with the phone or service plan and decide to change your mind and return the phone or cancel the plan BEFORE the 14 days buyer’s remorse return policy allows you to do so. Especially if you are trading in an old phone for a new one via a promotion! If so, BE AWARE, your trade-in phone has a STRONG POSSIBILITY of NOT being returned to you. As the rep explained when I went in to return the phone and cancel the plan, every week on Tuesdays; they ship-off the trade in phones to a remote site, so the store claims they are “no longer be in possession of your phone. ” (this ship-off day may be subject to change after this posting) If you return a phone (a $55.00 dollar restock fee will be charged) EVEN if it is within the 14 day return policy. From my experience here, a certain sales rep does not like to repeat himself or get questioned too much about the process and may become irritated, raise his voice to telegraph his impatience with having to repeat himself and start giving you snappy, smug answers with a grin of contempt which is why you might be better off going to the ATT store over on Norman St.where they are much more friendly, patient and pleasant employees to explain the process. This is not a cooperate ATT store, it is a franchise ATT store so they can run this place pretty much as they wish as long as they follow certain cooperate policies. Calling ATT and have them go over with you to explain any ATT services you want or need and will be able to give you more specifics on how much extra charges (taxes and fees, insurance) will cost you plus the service plan charge. It may give you a better chance of having a more pleasant experience and outcome than what I experienced. This can possibly save you money and time than walking into this store. Because of the rude manner and the unpleasant, over-aggressive behavior from the sales rep, I don’t see myself doing business here again.

I walked in and was immediately helped with a return on an item. The employees were Knowledgeable on my plan and got me squared away with a new screen protector. This location is perfect so you don’t have to spend 30 minutes in traffic getting to the one over by the mall. I’ll definitely return for any future needs

Family friendly, very professional and the best customer service I have experienced from and provider in a long time. Charles McLeod is awesome and helped us get off Verizon and cut our bill in half. He was so nice and even put something on the tv for the kids to watch while we handled everything. 10/10

My family has been dealing with at&t on Norman Dr since we found out the kiosk at Sam's is only contracted to AT&t, and for 2 years dealt with the rudness and awful customer service was counting down to the day we would change carriers! That is until we came here! Grant you have given us back our faith in good customer service! Thank you for treating my family with respect! Don't forget! Your gonna be her Apple IT when she upgrades

Went looking for a phone, Zach was with a couple. Don't even greeted us. I asked something and the answer was " Don't know". Don't even say, "can you wait until I finish with them. ". He simply ignored. Nice customer service.

My boy Zack Johnson hooked me up with some AirPods with no hassle. In and out like the store. And he had great customer service and was one to remember. Thanks Zack!

Amazing customer service 10/10, had issues with making out going calls. They even talked with customer service with me and got it fixed.good part is after they didn't try and press a upgrade plan or anything.they fixed the issue i had an moved on.definitely going back here if i have any issues. This ATT store (on Bemiss Rd) has the best customer service of any cellular store I’ve visited. My family switched to ATT after being with another carrier for 14 years. We spent our Sunday afternoon with John as he patiently helped us set up accounts, keep our numbers, and get new phones. He did an excellent job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this ATT location! You just can’t beat the prices or the customer service! Thank you, John!

Thank you so much to Zack, Charles and John! When I tell you these guys helped me out so much with transferring my number to my own account would be a understatement. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me with my issue. John even stayed afterwards just to make sure everything was right with my phone before I left out of the store. Hats off to you guys! Thank you so much! I would always recommend coming here if you already have a ATT and even if you don’t, come to them! They will give you superb customer service and will have you laughing in the process.
