Today I came to get some new devices and they made my experience so easy and fun. They are respectful and the customer service is awesome. If you need a new phone, or tablet. Please come and see them. They also have AirPod pros for 20 dollars, you can’t beat that. Chris will even give you half off any accessory when you come and get a new phone. Overall my visit was a 10/10 and I will definitely be returning extremely soon to shop with them again. Chris and his team are amazing.

The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and his customer service was far superior than any other ATT rep I have ever worked with in the past.

I have been a member before moving to Macon GA. I have fiber three houses down and I been living in my house for about 2 years and can not get fiber in my area. I have been calling AT&T for months and keep getting case numbers nothing has been solved. I need someone to let me know when I am getting fiber. I live right across the street from a main hospital that has fiber and I can’t get fiber.

The white girl that works there here appearance wasn't good. Her hair was nasty she smelled bad.she wasn't waiting on the customers. She was on Facebook.

Service was excellent. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. We are professionally by Trokita by trick Queida and Chris also assisted her and the customer service was very great. I will make sure I come to the store before I come to any other store.

Hello today I visited At&t on Mercer & Mr Chris Helped me with my service today and i must say his customer service was AMAZING!

We recommend this store. Good customer service through out the whole store. Mrs. Traquita she is a good helper and would come back.

Kai was amazing. Great vibe and outstanding service. Well knowledgeable of the services we were looking for you. She made us feel very welcome and seemed to show true care. Highly recommend her to any customer that comes to this location.

I went to the store this morning absolutely clueless on what I needed to to and Kai was very helpful! While waiting we had a good conversation and they were very well informed on what was needed to be done. If you need help in a phone I recommend you ask help from Kai.

I felt very appreciated and listened to when I visited the mercer university store. I was not rushed and Kai was very helpful with the upgrade process. This is the best macon location.

This location is absolutely amazing! Chris and Kai were super friendly. Kai handled our transaction directly and was very patient with my mom and I trying to get us the best pricing on upgrading our phones. I am so appreciative because we had a bad experience at the other Macon location, so they were a refreshing encounter!
