Samantha was great and tried to resolve the issue of my phone not being able to connect to the AT&T network due to a SIM card issue. However I was ultimately told that the only resolution was buy a new phone at my expense. I recommend Xfinity or Verizon if you want customer service that takes care of their customers properly. I have been an AT&T customer for 3 years and they did not care at all that I was switching.
Amber was INCREDIBLE. She FaceTimed with me even after the store was closed because I was having issues getting service on my phone after switching to AT&T. She was so patient and helpful. She went above and beyond and stayed with me on FaceTime until the issue was resolved. I couldn't give her enough stars.
We made the switch from Verizon and I am so glad we did. The store in Rincon and particularly Amber were wonder to work with. They really know what they
are doing and would recommend anyone to the Rincon store. Great product and exceptional service.
Great people. The guy was super nice and stayed past closing to help me out and the lady on the phone with him was super helpful and sweet! Give these people a raise! Working in customer service is never easy!
Sales rep Tina and her manager were very nice. She makes great conversation and also knows the job. I had a great experience.
20 May 2023 - Waited over an hour for the store to open. Website says 10, door says 10 - at 1115 I left. Saw 9 potential customers come and go - I guess AT&T Rincon doesn’t want/need our business.
I never thought I'd say this, but I had a fantastic time at an AT&T store (Rincon, GA). And it's all thanks to Travis and Tina, the dynamic duo of customer service.
From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a VIP. They were so friendly and knowledgeable, it was like talking to two of my oldest and wisest friends. I half-expected them to offer me a cup of tea and a scone.
But they didn't just charm me with their personalities - they also solved all of my phone problems with ease. They were transparent about all the options available to me, and they weren't just trying to sell me on the latest and greatest gadgets. Instead, they took the time to educate me on what would work best for my needs.
And can you know whats crazy - they didn't even pressure me to buy anything. Can you believe it? In this day and age, when every store seems to be trying to squeeze every last penny out of you, Travis and Tina were refreshingly focused on making sure I was happy and informed.
So if you need anything phone-related, do yourself a favor and head to the AT&T store where Travis and Tina reign supreme. I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face and a new appreciation for great customer service. And to the corporate bosses at AT&T, I say this: give these two a raise! They're worth their weight in gold (or iPhones, whichever you prefer).

Travis was the gentleman who helped me today add a line and some other things on my account. He was remarkable. He has knowledge on everything that I needed done and was willing to share that knowledge. 100% recommend him to everyone!
