My vehicle is missing the splash pan, many bolts and washers. The dealership / service manager did nothing to help me get the car out of there. I have never had an experience like this especially from a dealer whom I bought two vehicles from in one day. Very dis-appointed.
This is been a bad experience from the beginning. I have many pictures I took of the interior of the vehicle when I picked it up at HMOG. The inside looks as though it had been broken into. Contacting Hyundai directly about this experience.
I had an oddball issue with a rear lower control arm that partially broke on my way home. Staff was friendly, and took the time to listen to my description of the issue. Despite arriving 2 hours before close, they were able to diagnose and repair the issue the same day, even staying a little late to complete the work.
If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my car, but all these extra fees were not included. When I bring my car to get serviced it seems that nobody has the knowledge necessary to find the issues the car then they sold to me has. In my opinion I would recommend anyone to stay as far away from this dealership as possible when it comes to servicing your vehicle as well as purchasing. Once again avoid at all costs.

This place has unprofessional salesman and managers $5000 cash for a car it took from 2pm til 10pm to get done with the sale so unprofessional didn't afford me and bottle of water. Came from Augusta had problem with the car the first couple days they wouldn't return my call unprofessional will never shop there again
Great service. I was kept informed at each step of the repair. They completely all repairs on the same day. They even vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior.
Auto Nation, they told me wrong information regarding my returned lease vehicle. So I need to pay unexpected money $400 for disposition fee. And they are not caring for customer.
The service tech, Cody, was quick, polite and kept me updated on the work needed on my Elantra GT. Waiting area was clean, cool and stocked with drinks, and restroom was clean.
Very accommodating. I didn't have an appointment for my oil change and it was my first time there. The service advisor got me in and I was on my way within an hour. I'll be back for future service on my car
I’ve purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership & have had excellent experiences both times. My husband & I recently went for an oil change & ended up trading my older model car for a new one. Our salesman was very professional, courteous, straight forward, & we never felt pressured. The finance woman was very pleasant to work with as well. I am very thankful for such a lovely experience.
