Everything and everyone was exceptional! Andres was very attentive and responsive. He was very open and honest about price and how fast cars were selling. (Kendrick?) in financing was also great. Explaining everything thoroughly and was very personable. I had an overall wonderful experience. Salespeople, managers, and finance department were all very friendly and responsive. They were even willing to stay passed closing time to make sure I got my tag before I headed off cross country! Would definitely recommend this team to sell me or anyone in my family a car again!

Michael was very nice and friendly. After getting my car done on a recall, he explains to me what my car really needs to be fixed or done. Gives you enough information and best quality for car the does a lot of driving around.

I am usually very satisfied coming here but this time around it was not a good experience. I booked to get a oil change and brake service done at 11am. I was waiting until about 1 pm to get seen and have my care taken in. Only thing you guys got done was the oil change and sent me home wasting 3-4 hours of my time.

I gave it a 6 when it came to cleanliness because my vehicle was a bit unclean and it was returned uncleaned. I expected it to be vacuumed at least but anyhow back to my overall satisfaction of service.
My service advisor Shannon was professional, courteous and very detailed answering my question even checking my past service performed on my car at a different Toyota dealership. Maxwell is literally not only the best car salesman but best salesman I have ever dealt with. They make dreams happen here. Walked in thinking we could not possibly make a deal between the negative equity on my truck and the options available. I ended up not only walking out better financially but also with a brand new 2022 Camry XSE. These guys don't just show you one vehicle and that it. They give you options and work with you. My wife and I had our newborn with us and they were completely accommodating. Go here and ask for Maxwell. You wont be disappointed.

Standards went down. They don't care about customer.
No one called me to pick up my car after getting work done
I waited for 15 min and asking employees about my car where to pick up from.
Over charged because they did not applied the coupon
But the sales person who help me was professional
Over all very bad experience. We being going to this place for more than 8 years
