Purchased used car from this dealership at the time of purchase everything went relatively smooth. However without going into deep details they did a faulty cosmetic repair and vehicle was missing parts that they didn't fix completely, the repair ultimately failed within days of having the car, the salesman saw it and ignored it. I contacted a manager (Davis) he committed to resolving it but never followed up essentially ignoring phone calls and emails. The issue has now been escalated to the GM.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received today at the Lithia Springs Toyota! My service advisor, Mr. Ricky Taylor, greeted and closed me out with 5 star service! Ricky always does a fabulous job with my warranty maintenance visits. He is always on time and keeps me up to date on what my needs are to keep my vehicle in the best shape possible.

This location has a great service center. They make you feel proud to be a Toyota owner and never fail to take great care of my vehicle. I had Anthony as my service rep and he does a fantastic job.

I have had my 2011 Toyota Venza serviced at AutoNation Thornton Road since 2011. I find their Service Advisors to be straight shooters. My most recent visit was no different. Service Advisor 5755 was respectful and followed CDC Covid-19 guidelines. He was knowledgeable and provided a thorough overview of the invoice. Mr. Addison provided customer service with excellence.

I would first like to say that Travis did an excellent job of giving me the information on my vehicle and was a joy to be around. I would not have purchased the vehicle if not for him. I was however very displeased with my overall experience. The management team told me 3 times that my vehicle would be ready on a certain date, but then retracted each time to push the date out further. I planned a trip based on the time they told me the car would be in and ended up having to cancel. I was not offered any sort of compensation for this mishap. The managers I encountered were not helpful and even seemed unfriendly. I came into the dealership and wasn't greeted by anyone for almost 25 minutes even though multiple managers walked right by me. I even called the dealership about the status of my vehicle multiple times.and they told me the manager dealing with my account was either too busy or off so they couldn't give me any information. I just imagined I would be treated a little bit better and given more accurate information when I was giving them my business on a high end vehicle.

This was perhaps the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I’ve had. The staff was more than accommodating and was very patient with my wife and myself. Each member of the sales team was courteous friendly. I did not expect red carpet and giant bow and was touched by this gesture. I will do business with Thornton again.

Diane was a great sales person. Customer service was over and beyond. I really wanted and Highlander and she made it happen! She made our car buying process smooth and broke down every detail of the cars we looked and showed us plenty of options. Thank you so much!

Dusty was and is always such great help. He goes above and beyond to make sure i understand all the work going into my vehicle, the timing & he is always up to recommend nature & camping spots.
